Leaving a one star just so this is brought to whomever needs to see this.Sydnie not only failed to rise to the bare minimum of service, but she performed her duties in a dismissive and neglectful manner. She passed off blame to us as she failed to ensure what our order was. She frequently let us know what we were not allowed to order, and she charged us for items we did not order. Her excuse was there was no manager on duty at the time to adjust our check and proceeded to charge us for items we told her we did not order before she ran our card. What was crazy was that everyone else in the restaurant took care of us but her. We do apologize if our "poor communicating" Got in the way of your ability to serve us. Don't play with servers, we know our way around a restaurant and what is and isn't allowed. Kindly do yourselves a favor and avoid dining in if your server is Sydnie.

Went here for the first time this week and it was AMAZING. We came in during a week day later in the night and we practically had the place to ourselves, our waiter Karra had superb service. The food was delicious to say the least and the menu had a good variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was also great, very calm, dim, and somewhere you can get lost talking while eating for hours. We ordered veggie ramen, hello kitty (must try), and miso soup!

I went here with my partner for ramen today. The ramen was delicious! But we waited for 10 minutes for the waiter to come give us water and take our orders, then another 10 minutes for the food to come out. There were 3 other tables in the entire restaurant so it shouldn't take them that long.Tldr: ramen was good, but the service was very slow.
