Ocha Tea and coffee

First off, tea? Phenomenal. I got a Vietnamese coffee with cream puff ((and got hyped up Abt my drink))
My mom's passion fruit tea was so good, with yummy fresh fruit slices to boot! Their jellies are firm and perfectly chewy, boba is the perfect amount of sweetness and softness!
The owners are so sweet, they let us have a sneak peek of their jasmine milk tea launching next month- Y'ALL when I say it was the most refreshing milk tea, so light with a lovely floral flavour.
We will DEF. be back, and soon!!

ALL HAIL THE CREW AT OCHA TEA 🙌🙌🙌We did the thing nobody is supposed to do and came in about half an hour before closing with a large group of about seventeen, including some folks who had never ordered boba tea before. Everyone working was ✨extremely ✨ kind and patient, and expertly divided up the orders to make them as efficient as possible. They were so fast we even had a little bit of time to sit in the shop and enjoy our drinks as a whole group, which I was fully prepared to not do, given our late arrival.

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, for the service alone. The drinks are also ✨excellent ✨, but the customer service was so top notch that the drinks could have been average and I would still be writing this review. Immaculate vibes all around!

I don't know why there's two Ocha Tea shop at the same location. But I guess I will review this one. The atmosphere inside is incredible, it's an ideal shop for a hot summer weather! Definitely coming back with my friends.

Weird, this Boba place used to be very popular and got many reviews, somehow today, I checked their business and did not sees any photos or much reviews. I'm back here again got some photos from their place. And hope more people will recognize this boba tea shop again.

Really good milk tea, boba was perfect; the matcha smoothie with cheese foam was delicious too. The decor needs an update, something more welcoming and encouraging people to hang out.

I have never been to a tea house like this, and the young woman behind the counter was knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the right tea for me. The tea was delicious! The atmosphere is good, clean, and inviting. If I ever want to try boba or the other additions they have I will definitely choose this tea house for it. They also have delicious smoothies, my picky eater even liked it. E

Great thai tea

Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious, sweet and strong. However, the cheese foam was lumpy with big chunks of unblended cream cheese in it. I think it wasn’t blended long enough. Cafe space is comfortable with lots of seating options.

Best boba in the area for sure

Great tasting tea and tapioca boba however, I am still having a hard time breathing from sitting in their establishment for an hour while studying, 12 hours later. Whatever cleaning agents they use are strong. Their doors was open to air their place but I’m concerned because there was a little boy watching a tv show whilst I was there and he was coughing. My lungs are shot, I wonder how he will fare.

So happy they opened up again! I noticed they added ube milk tea to their menu, they had me try it first to see if i like it, and of course it was so good! The boba here is always amazing too!

Thai tea with Salted creme and brown sugar Boba is delicious. bona isn't hard but not too chewy.
