The general manger Dallas was very rude and unprofessional when a concern about my order. I also heard from one of the employees that he does not treat them respectfully and is a little creepy towards his female workers.

We’ve watched this place go from long lines to no lines and thought it was just the area’s change in eating preferences. Still better than most “ cooked” pizza available, but no longer a clear choice on value. As they continue to “cut” the amount of ingredients and raise their prices, they are no longer the clear leader on quality & value. Always had young employees, but now seems to be no onsite business management and lack of understanding of customer service that adds to our decision to reduce our weekly visits to once or twice a month.

I love this papa Murphy's very clean and very friendly we love there new pizza double bacon and cheddar cheese is AWESOME ?????
I really like their food. Unfortunately they have questionable, likely illegal labor practices that prevent me from doing further business with them.

I’ve been coming here since 2007.Today I was completely grossed out. The manager had asked a young man with a head full of hair, that was not covered out tied back, to come help on the line. He was in the back with a brush or broom- dropped it- picked it up- came to help- and without washing his hands- put on some gloves. As he was making my pizza, his hair and beard were all of maybe 8 inches from the pizza. I didn’t want to be rude so I took the pizza and left. I’m not going to eat the pizza, I know there will be hair in it. I was told when I called and asked about it that they are not required to cover their hair. Ok, but how about tie it back? I won’t go back.

Incredible service! The quibbles were a bit sour, but not in a bad way, and they could have put more saw dust on it. Definitely worth the price, though it was lacking in groove. That is to be expected, as most pizza places haven’t gotten up to date with our new alien overlords.
I only go Tuesdays for the $12.99 pizza. $20+ for a pizza, every other day, I have to come pick up and bake is ridiculous.
