I have always had an excellent customer experience with everyone here, as well as consistently great coffee and food! I love their London Fog Tea Latte w/soy, and the Spinach, Feta Egg White Wrap. This morning, I witnessed the barista with the short blonde hair (didn’t catch their name!) be present, patient, and compassionate with a houseless man struggling to communicate his beverage order. Thanks the coffee, and thanks for keeping the culture of kindness alive in Portland!

Good people, but the schedulers need a damn wake up call. 2 people to work the entire counter in a location this busy is pathetic. Starbucks needs to do better by it's employees.

I have spent many a countless hours here at this location while back in college . It was close to my house and provided good opportunity to get a walk in and spend some time studying in a different location . Clean ,spacious and fast service, Plenty of natural light and lots of seating .They have a good number of plug points which is a necessity if you intend to work/study . The store has some limited seating outdoor and is great for people watching . I find that its good spot to grab a quick beverage if you are running errands around 23rd or just browsing . Its proximity to the street car , shops and restaurants makes it pretty popular . The drinks are on point and the service is mostly good .

Staff is always very friendly at this location. They all remember my dog and are very accommodating with him and his Pupucino cravings. Store in general has a great vibe compared to not only other Starbucks or corporate coffee chains but really even smaller coffeehouse environments. The products are consistently good but that is to be expected but it's honestly the service at this location that brings me back.Parking: One of the few locations on NW 21st with a parking lot!Wheelchair accessibility: Love that this location has a power door for folks with strollers or mobility challenges.

It's a Starbucks. Very clean. Friendly staff. Radiant heat for the outdoor seating. A rather small space, so if there are boisterous children it can be rather noisy.

This location is my go to for early mornings but today we came in and saw all the Pride decorations (which were so joyful!) had been removed so unfortunately that will be our last visit to Starbucks. Super disappointing.

Employees are friendly and nice at this location. You must give them a handshake for doing this line of customer service in the city. Some Starbuck's have closed in the downtown area due to the employees feeling unsafe. I gave them less than five stars because I feel they need to clean the inside and outside windows more often.
