Lovely place sit and enjoy good coffee. Wonderful staff. Unfortunately no bathroom, unless you go to the second floor and find the code, then go back to the first floor? Not great for costumers who need bathroom access.

Not very helpful when asking them questions. Tells you there is only a restroom upstairs ? and to find security for assistance.

Baristas there are all so nice. Especially I got to know Brittany. She and other baristas make me feel better before I go to my office. I appreciate them very much.

I ordered honey in my tea. The honey was all over the outside of my cup.. Made a sticky mess on my hand & whatever I touched before I saw what happened.Baristas need to be more careful & caring.

Got a hot chocolate from Shannon. She said she put 3 pumps of chocolate in it. All I tasted was hot water. Wasn’t helpful. Won’t be returning.

This Starbucks branch feels very homely, as the staff is unbelievably friendly and there seems to come quite a lot of regulars. Otherwise a standard Starbucks menu, but what sets it apart are the sweet staff and the spaciousness ☺️

I came in early this morning and ordered breakfast and coffee first, then asked to use the restroom to which I was told I needed to go upstairs to get a code from security of another business and then come back down to Starbucks where the restroom is located. I’m traveling to PDX with a heavy suitcase and the escalator was down and elevator appeared to only go downstairs into a parking garage. I came back to ask the barista to please help in any way, and the team treated me like I was asking for nuclear codes. I was forced to lug my luggage upstairs and wait for security. The genuine fear this leadership team put into their employees in allowing a customer (who is clearly not going to abuse it) use the restroom is ridiculous. I’m pretty certain this was not even legal as this is technically a restaurant, private business or not.
