Stretch the Noodle is located in the Midtown Beer Garden, which is a cute little oasis close in on the west side. I ordered the Chao Mian with tofu extra spicy. It is so yummy and the portion is extremely generous. Can’t wait to revisit and take people here!!! (the drink in the picture is from the bar cart located in the center of the garden)

It may be great but a 46 min wait time is ridiculous

The cart is now located in the new food cart pod (Midtown Beer Garden). I believe it's operated by new owners, but the food is just about the same. One thing that hasn't changed is the amount of food you get per order. It's definitely enough to feed two people for lunch. The noodles are made fresh, and the flavor is great. The people working here are pretty friendly.

Is there a such thing as too many noodles? The answer is no, but this truck gave me enough food for 2 people for $13. Spectacular, couldn't have asked for me. The food truck pod was really cool too, live music on a sunny day, bathrooms available. I can't wait to try their other noodles!

The new ownership really saved this food truck. The biang biang noodles are my favorite and there is more of a vinegar taste to the noodles now, which I prefer! Also the owner seems more friendlier than the previous one. The location is pretty busy and parking isn't the easiest to find but if you're ever in the area I highly reccomend this place.

One of the food carts on Harvey Milk, "Stretch the Noodle," makes pulled noodle dishes in the Jason Wang tradition. We had the Biang-Biang noodles (names after the sound that the noodles make on the counter as you slap them down during stretching. These wide noodles are served with a hot pepper vinaigrette that is pleasantly spiced but not too hot. We also had the Dan Dan noodles, which are narrower pulled noodles served with vegetables and a Szechuan-styled pork sauce. What a brilliant addition to the PDX food scene!

Amazing veggie noodles with Tofu, got medium spice and it was perfect. Heaters and tents outside made it cozy to eat even on a cold rainy day. Very friendly staff. Delicious!

StN is the real deal! I used to live in Hong Kong and spent several days in Xi’an during one of my many trips to Mainland China. I had so much delicious food in Xi’an and StF brings me right back to Xi’an’s Old Town. StF is on my regular rotation of food carts when I go out to lunch at work. The biang biang has a wonderful delicate chew. The beef noodle soup will reenergize you on rain winter day. Staff are very friendly and clearly masters of their craft.
Quick service, great flavors, lots of seating in the tent. Simple menu but so good. Not a lot of parking so better to walk or take

Effing good ^ㅠ^The owner is very friendly, and most of all, the noodles are amazing. I think he pulls them himself, so good! Since it was a food truck, I was worried that I might get caught in the rain, but fortunately there was a sturdy tent so I didn't get caught in the rain. There was also a stove so we ate warmly.
