We went here on our Side Dish Mafia Food Tour. Stretch the Noodle had fresh pasta made on-site. Very good food. This is in a food court with carts (pod)We had a blast highly recommend this food tour. David, our host was awesome.
The cart is now located in the new food cart pod (Midtown Beer Garden). I believe it's operated by new owners, but the food is just about the same. One thing that hasn't changed is the amount of food you get per order. It's definitely enough to feed two people for lunch. The noodles are made fresh, and the flavor is great. The people working here are pretty friendly.

Stretch the Noodle is located in the Midtown Beer Garden, which is a cute little oasis close in on the west side. I ordered the Chao Mian with tofu extra spicy. It is so yummy and the portion is extremely generous. Can’t wait to revisit and take people here!!! (the drink in the picture is from the bar cart located in the center of the garden)
