This is W Burnside, so you can't blame them for the atmosphere. They were out of a lot of stuff; but, the Sandwich Maker had such skill, it didn't matter. She was thoughtful, kind and personable. Some of the dishes I'm not recommending are simply a matter of taste, while others I haven't tried. Waited for 5 plus minutes while no one came to the counter. Finally an employee who was eating on break the entire time got up and came over. Didn't acknowledge me, say sorry or get another employee to help. Thnx for wasting my time.

let me first say that the wonderful, hardworking person tonight deserves 10 stars!! but it is so hard to watch someone suffer. they were scheduled to close alone, meaning no coverage for breaks and an insane workload. this is not okay. they told me they're expected to train someone tomorrow after being there for a month - also not okay!I encouraged them to put themselves first and leave.
