INSANE LONG WAITS FOR INSIDE APP ORDERSFood okay here, not bad.Don't bother getting food inside though. Crazy long wait even with an advance mobile order. 30 minutes and it wasn't even that busy.They prioritize the drive-through at all costs. That's their metric, and they do anything to meet it.Whatever drives shareholder value I guess. Literally don't go inside this one though. If you want to eat inside, order drive-through and then just park and bring the food in.Vegetarian options: Any item can be made vegetarian on request.

Typical TB fare. Some new additions, like spicy fries. Kiosk ordering, not as flexible as ordering from a live person. No hot sauce to just pick up, have to get someone's attention and ask.

I went thru the drive-through, the lady could not repeat my order correctly, it was 2 chicken enchilada burritos and 2 bean burritos, grilled. Not that hard...but she had to change it 3 freaking times, finally we get it correct, I requested 3 times for them to be grilled and even checked at the window that they were grilled and they said yes... they are grilled... When I got home...none...of... them...were grilled! Listening skills are very important! You can do better than this!

Extremely poor service, they clearly did not want to deal with counter customers. They prioritize drive through.Food tasted terrible, especially the guacamole, tasted oily and chemical taste.They forgot my orange juice. It took several minutes to get someone to step up to the counter to ask what I wanted. No orange in 2 places up front, lady had to go to back, took several minutes. I have been to this restaurant twice in the last 6 months, same experience. I will not go back to this restaurant again.Parking: Layout is poor and limited slotsKid-friendliness: No

The whole point of fast food and the drive through specifically is for it to be quick. 25 minutes for 4 cars to get their food is pretty unreal.

Came in thinking we would have more comfort and have all items we needed to enjoy our meal. While waiting three other customers asked about missing drinks and the employees looked confused, manager asked for ID and the man said look at your screen for my order! More than 8 employees laughing and running over each other, barely speak English. Then I get our order and lo and behold no drinks and again confusion on employee faces. But then I’m told they have zero forks or spoons so I can’t even eat my food. So who the hell doesn’t order what the store needs. So sick of this location HUGE MESS
