Went there at about 645 tonight. Sat in drive threw at the speaker, as the only car there. Waited for about 10 min and nothing. I asked about 3x if there was anyone there.... I pulled up to the window and there was a few employees just staring at me threw the window laughing. Two of them were older, so not just kids being dumb. I'll never go back there.

Sad when taco bell is not at least ok been back twice since reopening and everything has been cold only thing that is slightly warm is grilled items but even then unmelteed cheese seems they are it keeping things warm just throwing it togetherWhy I keep coming back I have. I clue once again missed half my order over 11 dollars in food still non prepaid correctly didint know remodel mean unable to serve correct order

Ordered online for the restaurant that is about a block away and was told online they were making my food but my husband got over there to pick it up for me and they were closed already. Never got my food and still waiting for customer service to get back to me and yet it's the next day and still haven't heard from them. This is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had.
