If I could give no stars or even a negative rating I sure as heck would !!! Please excuse me because explicit in my description but , that is not professional, which is how I regard ed my visit . I was hungry and I am a diabetic. So I was hoping to just get a bean burrito. There was a man waiting for his order and for over 15 had to listen to his wife complain to him about where was the order . I was at the counter waiting to make an order. 10 minutes later ! A man barges in claiming to have made an order on line to be sent to the Bethany store, but they had no records of his order . They made his food and THEN he put in an online order . I still was not acknowledged. 10 minutes later he apologize s to me and alerts the staff that I have not been acknowledged. The shift manager then looks at me and says we are busy making food and I still have to wait ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . THANKS I FEEL SO VALIDATED. But , heck it’s Taco Bell ….. what are they going to do about it ….. probably nothing

I wish I can give a negative score. We went to the drive through, and the person that was there behaved horribly when we tried to give our order. He was screaming at us, and wasn't responding weather if he had heard our order or not. He claims he is the manager and told to get out. I don't plan go there ever again.

Been to dozens of Taco Bells and this one is the worst. Between hard tortillas and forgotten items, and not to mention the exact opposite of fast food, the service is absolutely terrible.If they're not getting your order wrong they're taking breaks from not working.

They didn’t understand my wife when she said no chipotle sauce. I believe it was a simple miscommunication, but then they pressured her to buy it, saying that they would throw it away if she didn’t take it, instead of just offering to remake it. If they can truly make a burrito that fast, they should offer to remake it right. Even if they are young and underpaid, they should be trained to not say things like “I’m not going to do that.” and “I’ve already made it. I can throw it away”.

I ordered from them off of DoorDash one time and literally my crunch wraps supreme was destroyed. I don't know what they did to it but I think they're just really lazy workers but then again, it's tacobell, so what do you expect?
