Literally every time I come here something is messed up. This time I asked for no tomato on my chalupa and paid for nacho cheese on it. Guess what? There's tomato on it and no cheese. Thanks for always screwing up my order and charging me for stuff I'm not getting.

They have a cool order system from a touch screen, which made it super easy to veganize their food. The blackbean crunchwrap made vegan was good, but they didn't appear to have the nacho fries with vegan nacho cheese, which was disappointing.Overall good taco bell experience.

This is the closest Taco Bell to my work. My only complaint is that they are consistently out of carbonation or the soda machines are not working. It has been going on for so long that we like to make a bet to see if there is soda whenever we go there.

I ordered delivery from this store, never received it, and when I called the store (multiple times) to see what happened, no one answered.

I ordered online for some small nachos. My order says it’s ready for pick up. I was waiting at the cashier. The manager comes by and says how may I help you? I said my Order says ready. He says when it’s ready it will come to you. He was mad and gave me attitude. He didn’t look happy to work there. Hopefully he’s going ok now? I think this is worst Taco Bell I ever been to compared to all the places I traveled around the states to so far. Also I saw my order ready on the shelf. 30 seconds later a nice Hispanic worker gave me my small nachos.

Ordered a black bean chalupa with no cheese, no sour cream, and paid extra for guacamole. They got everything right except that instead of beans, they put meat in the chalupa. I do not eat meat, so biting into a piece of a dead animal was very unwelcome. When I tried to call (several times) to let them know they should be more careful, I kept getting a busy signal. Wanted to share this information with them privately, but since they made that impossible, I'm posting my feedback here. Won't order from them again.

May as well fire all the people that work there and replace them with machines. Very little human interaction. And even though you order on a computer screen they still get the order wrong. Little too much technology. A cold environment. It's hard to get a packet of hot sauce because the employees don't pay any attention to the customers anymore, it's pretty stupid..

This is the third time I have gone threw when they was supposed to to be open and they was close they never open on time or the close early you have times up follow them this is the worst ran Taco Bell ever and They only one I know that closes at 10pm wth

the management/owners of this place must be the most incompetent people to exist. understaffing to the point you're waiting over half an hour for a couple tacos s absurd. I could have driven down the road and bought ingredients, gone home and made food faster than the owners can scratch their bums. I'm writing this while waiting by the way. the owners probably don't know how to write, or pay their employees so no one will work for them.

Worst quality taco bell I've ever been to, portion size was abysmal. The protein bowl was less than a THIRD the size of any other taco bell location I've been to. Absolutely do not recommend, not sure how they stay in business. The picture shows the bowl before I've even taken a single bite.
