Food was fresh and our order was right, but the indoor dining area was a mess.

I ordered on the app, they didn’t even have my order. When I showed the app to the worker he just looked at me like I was dumb and said he didn’t have my order and just walked away, horrible customer service! I have order on the app before and it had been set to “my store”. They refused to help me, and that was suppose to be my family’s dinner tonight. I have no food and Taco Bell took my money!

This place is terrible they never get ordered right and they have employees nodding off at the window at later hours this store is disgusting and puts a stain on the neighborhood as they allow loitering and multiple other reasons as to only go through the drive thru and whoever answers the phones is terribly unprofessional only offering an option to leave reviews over COUNTLESS messed up orders no matter how many receipts are provided and they don't give the HR number when asked for it

Taco Bell has gotten unreasonably expensive. Over $17 for 2 lunch meals just doesn't make the price to food quality equation work anymore. Plus the pop machine was broken and sprayed all over my clothes. The food was typical Taco Bell and I left with a full stomach but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Alex, one of the managers, has always been super nice every time I’ve come there. Today, I had an issue with my order which ended up being my fault because I misread the menu, and he was really nice about the situation. So, thank you!! I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while and ever since he’s been around, things have been steady and consistent quality wise. Plus he’s super friendly and makes each visit a little more personable and it’s nice. Love this t-bell.

Never been to this particular Taco Bell before and never will again.Ordered at the drive-thru window and everything seemed normal, paid for the order. Was 2 cars in front of us, after 25 minutes we still hadn't moved, in retrospect we should have turned around but we were hungry and had already paid. After around 45 minutes we finally got to the window, the employee opens it and asks "have you ordered cause we don't have any food", then immediately closes the window and we sit there another 15 minutes. A new employee then opens the window again and we mention how we've now been waiting nearly an hour, he says "lots of people have been waiting, you are not special". There was nobody else in the drive thru at this point and nobody in the store that we could see.He then repeats that they don't have any food but we saw them preparing orders the whole time, presumably for door-dash/uber eats orders. We requested a refund after being yelled and and treated like we were unreasonable to expect our order after an hour of waiting and he took the card, swiped it and threw it back into the car at us and closed the window.Strangest experience i've ever had at any fast food restaurant in my entire life. Seems like this place just acts as a sort of ghost kitchen for uber eats and anyone who comes through the drive-thru is basically SOL and will be ignored and abused.

Really weird experience:Ordered at the drive-thru window, was about 3 cars in front of us. Preceded to wait 45 minutes until we got to the window and they asked "did you order something?". "Err, yes 45 minutes ago at the ordering window, we've already been charged". The guy then immediately closed the window and we waited another 15 minutes, now been here over an hour. He opened the window again and again asked "have you ordered?, cause we don't have any food". We could see them through the window preparing orders the whole time we were sat there, when we mentioned that we'd waited over an hour at this point he very aggressively said "We have over 50 orders, plenty of people have been waiting, you are not special".What.We requested a refund and he grabbed the card, possibly refunded us (3 days later the charge still shows so it doesn't look like it) and then threw the card back through the window at us.Place shouldn't even be allowed to operate, I've never seen anything like it.

I have ordered Doordash from this location 5 times in the past 2 months. Every order was perfect.Fast food is a strange thing. What Taco Bell sells you is an idea of their food at 100%, and what you generally get is an understandable 50-75% from overworked, underpaid workers often dealing with corner cutting franchise owners. This location offers you the chance to try that 100%.I've eaten an embarrassing amount of Taco Bell over my lifetime in now 5 different states, and I can say without a doubt that it's never been this close to the promise of the promotional material. Now I can't speak to how rare that is, I've not been to every taco bell in the Willamette Valley or anything, but I can say it's worth a stop if you even like the idea of Taco Bell's food.Pictured: Cheesy Breakfast Burrito
