As someone who frequents this location for delivery service and personal purposes, this location is consistently falling behind. Many times they've gotten delivery orders wrong and the wait times for orders has been egregious. Tonight, I went there for my personal food, ordered two separate value boxes and received half of each box. The quality of food from this location, is better than most Taco Bells honestly, but the inconsistency and inability to fulfill even the most basic of orders, is incomprehensible

They open at 9am. Went to the drive-thru at 10 and they said, “Sorry, we’re not open for another 15 minutes. We had a late start.” Really? Over an hour late? So, sat there in the parking lot (like an idiot) for 15 minutes, then went through the drive-thru again. “We’re not open yet.” So, not only are they incompetent, they’re liars, too. Not wasting my time & money here. Never again.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in town. Every time I go here the staff seems unhappy and is not very inviting. Also at least 95% of the time I've ordered food here, they have skimped on everything except the lettuce. My tacos and burritos always have barely any meat or cheese on or in them. I've had sour cream added to an item and been charged .75 cents per item for it not to be on there. And when I brought the remaining items back to get it made correctly I was treated like I was a problem. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra distance to a different location.

I thought while door dashing I would order food for myself.. impossible.No one is around to actually fulfill the door dash order and I am being told to use a kiosk that has no relative functions to type in what I wantI feel sorry for the employees. Such a huge dump of work as the managers do nothing to support.]

I’m sick of coming to this specific location and always having something wrong. Whether it’s forgotten food or the meat substitution not happening. Tonight, there were multiple missing items. Apparently you should be checking your bag before you leave.Vegetarian options: You can substitute to make things vegetarian.

I ordered a chalupa. What I got was chell filled with lettuce, the thinnest TRACE of beef at the bottom, and a few shreds of cheese and tomato. The Mexican pizzas have always been overpriced, but we already knew that.

Manager and employees talked while on their phones 15 minutes before taking our order right in front of our faces. Halfway through our order he took his phone back out to show his employee an Instagram post and made us repeat our order 3 times before actually putting it in.

Food looked nothing like the pictures provided by Taco Bell. Don't shop by looking at menu pictures you will be very disappointed of end result. Food haphazardly put together and then served is what I received while dinning here.

I waited 17 minutes before the staff asked me why I was there. Nobody in line, 3 deep in dt. They couldn't find my order and said they would start it. I had to go. The manager was dismissive when I asked for my money back and acted like I was a problem.

Go through the drive thru ordered my food got attitude and they did not give me 2 chicken Chipotle melts and burrito and could not put the lid on my soda asked to put it on all the way get attitude and still did not put it on and spilled on my lap and seat i get home and only had a quesadilla for dinner call nobody answers

The thing about this Taco Bell is that they are right by a high school, hence they aren't ... .... Customer oriented. The food tastes like any other Bell, but that's only if you get your complete order. With that said make sure you check your order.Vegetarian options: It's taco bell. You expectations should not be too high.Parking: I walk.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.
