Adam's Rib Smokehouse - North Liberty

My parents, my wife and I had lunch there a couple days ago and it was spectacular. I was a little nervous after reading over the negative reviews of people stating that the food or meat was dried out. We tried 4 different meals with 4 different meats & did not find that to be the case with any of their food. Leading me to believe that their reviews were agenda driven. Whatever the case, the food was wonderful.

The best food in Salem! I've eaten here a few times, and at the main Adam's downtown, and I've never had a bad meal. It's obvious the only bad reviews came from haters who love mask mandates, and wouldn't know good food if their lives depended on it. Pay them no mind; they have no taste.The BEST hush puppies, and I lived in the south! Keep up the good work!

Tried the tri-tip last week and this week we got a rack of pork ribs (I think? They were gobbled up so fast so I will assume they were delicious). I ordered the low carb meal with brisket. The meal was plentiful with meat, bell peppers, onions and zucchini. Definitely my go-to from now on. I'll try the ham next. The only thing disappointing is the size if the sides.
