Food was excellent, but our waitress was more concerned with either a "celebrity couple", actually sat down with them while we were waiting, and it took quite a bit of time before we could order our meal. However, once we got our meal, the food was excellent. I always like their Bruschetta, and I had ordered a French Pork Chop. It was one of the best I had.

Food was ok. Probably would've enjoyed more without a fly in my drink. I appreciate the restaurant replacing the drink containing a fly but it was a little difficult to drink or eat after having already sampled the fly beverage and seeing another (or 2?) flying around once our food arrived. Scallops looked pale and my husband had to check and confirm they were not raw. He wasn't really positive but ate them anyways. It was as if the scallops had kissed the stove before a hasty exit. Meatballs obviously got some of the scallops cooking time as they were burned and dry with a bitter flavor. Unfortunately, I will not return and cannot recommend this restaurant. The server was sweet but I think you should probably comp or offer something extra when your customer drank fly juice. Back to Paradiso at the Grand, where the food and service has never disappointed.

Was really disappointed. Had been referred by a friend so was really looking forward to trying this place. Our server was great, but our reservation was at 5:00 and dinner wasn't brought out until 6:30. Food was very bland, overcooked , scallops weren't even seared or salted. Very underwhelmed and left disappointed.

Top notch service, wonderful drink menu, GREAT food (can't wrong with any of it, but the Korean Short Ribs, Painted Hills Brisket, and Mexican Street Corn are top of the menu items!), and great ambiance as well!

We made a reservation, but on arrival they did not have us in their system. I showed our confirmation. Another lady stepped in and they sat us and were very nice about it. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes before someone came over and said she would get us drinks but she was not our server. She brought drinks promptly & told us a few items they were out of on the menu. Our server came to take our order. We both ordered one item each off the happy hour menu and my husband ordered a salad as well. We waited about an hour for our food to come. I ordered the street tacos. It was an order of 2, no sides. Filling option that night was potato. They were cold and quite greasy. Husband got brisket quesadilla. Decent size portion. Lots of cheese, not very much meat. We were there over 1 1/2 hours with very little interaction from our server who looked very stressed and just zoomed by us but never even asked if we needed anything or how our food was. Other staff were just standing around a bit but none offered us refills or anything. Server finally came over and asked if we wanted a desert menu and apologized for the wait. We declined, but she never brought us our bill. Finally the first person who had gotten us our drinks brought our check & the table behind us. We've dined here in the past, but I believe this may have been the last time.

This reservation for 20 in a private room was initially made on June 10, 2024, via Open Table for my mother's 80th birthday party on July 13th. After making the reservation, I called 2-3 times and left voice messages without a response from Amadeus. It was reconfirmed via the Open Table app and via phone one day before, on July 12th. When we arrived at Amadeus on July 13th at 5:15 p.m. to set up, the host relayed that the reservation had been changed to 18 people. No one called to change the initial reservation from 20. When we arrived early at 5:15 p.m. to set up party favors, the host insisted that someone had called and modified the reservation to 16 people, and the table was set for 16. Luckily, the birthday party proceeded without any issues. Amadeus provided excellent service and was able to move tables to accommodate our party of 20 plus one highchair for a two-year-old. I am disappointed that the reservation for a private room was not honored as requested. The restaurant acknowledged they had double booked. Hannah, our server, provided excellent service to our party of 20 throughout dinner and dessert.

The food is fabulous as always and Mirza was amazing. I usually the the chicken schnitzel but I got the spanikopita instead and it was such a good choice for a hot day. Drinks were cold and tasty.

Tuesdays Amadeus always has a small plate menu with lots of outstanding offerings. We shared a Ceasar salad and three other dishes. All were interesting and outstanding. The service was wonderful . . . Stevie is upbeat, friendly, and very food knowledgeable. She always puts a smile on our faces. We dined al fresco. Watching people go by as we ate and visiting with other diners was lots of fun!

The newly redecorated Amadeus interior was comfortable and airy, making the environment and ambience enjoyable with only moderate noise. Our waitress Stevie was full of personality and fun to work with, and was right on top of things! The drinks were excellent (I had the Classic Margherita and my wife had the spicier one), and the chips and humous were delicious as always. My wife had the Baked Salmon and enjoyed it thoroughly, while I had the Spanakopita, which was huge (literally about 4 inches high) and delicious, and I was able to save half for a great lunch the next day! A very enjoyable evening out!

Natalie was the best at the bar! We have been here many times and Natalie was like a Jack rabbit behind the bar. We always enjoy the food, but Natalie took the bar to a next level. 10 stars and will be back

Ordered two beverages to start; were told immediately it was a full night and being a walk in we should understand this; we informed server we had reservations. One beverage arrived timely, the other was 15-20 minutes later and I was brought two instead of one; server reported another server took the drink in error and brought it back. Ordered an appetizer and two dinners. Never received complimentary humous and chips; appetizer arrived with dinner. Appetizer was cold and one dinner was cold, and the lamb dinner that was ordered arrived as beef and not lamb. Loyal customers for years. Disappointed. Something has changed and not for the good.

Recently, we hosted a reunion dinner for 12 family members and friends at Amadeus. It was a wonderful choice. Dianna and her crew went way out of their way to accommodate handicapped members of the group and make us all comfortable. We ordered from the menu and everyone truly enjoyed their meal. Service was excellent and the setting was lovely. Overalll, I would give our experience 6 stars if I could. A huge thank you to Dianna and staff. We will definitely be back soon.

Everything was delicious. We did a takeout order for our anniversary dinner. Being new to Salem, it is encouraging to find this quality of food! Parking is challenging (it was a Friday night so I expected it). Bruschetta was my favorite. Salmon Picatta=so good. The Crème Brûlée Cake was rich and delicious: perfect for an anniversary/wedding celebration! Can’t wait to try more on the menu.

My husband and I were looking for a nice restaurant where we could celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary. After a very long search of restaurants in town, we settled on Amadeus based on reviews. We were more than pleased with what we experienced. Our waitresses Hannah was amazing and attentive. The food was 10/10 and the atmosphere of the entire establishment made you feel welcomed. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Amadeus for a perfect dinner!
