They called less than 24 hours before my reservation and canceled it without an explanation. I will not support a restaurant with such poor customer service.
The service and food was good, as usual. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. Always enjoy Amadeus!
Perfect dining experience for a 40-something birthday gathering. The private room upstairs was beautifully set up when we arrived at our reservation time. The table and room comfortably accommodated our large family including teens, grandparents and Gen Zâs. Everyone found a fav on the menu, from starters to salads, entrees and desserts, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with perfect timing. Our hostess, Cynthia, was very accommodating, with helpful suggestions and arriving as if by magic whenever someone was ready for a drink refill, extra butter and that perfect bottle of wine. We all agreed it was a great dining experience, highly recommend for exceptional food and service.
Everything was delicious and Valerie, our server, was efficient and lovely.
Amazing food and amazing service! Owner greeted us and we did have a reservation. She was really really kind and upbeat. Our server (Valerie) was amazing!!!! Seriously the best server! It was my 30th birthday and she made it special for me and my fiancé. The hummus was garlicky and delicious. It was nice to have something besides the standard bread. My fiancé had a cocktail and said it was awesome. I ordered the chicken schnitzel and the waitress said it was the best thing on the menu for sure. I told her I loved capers and she was kind enough to get me extra sauce without me even having to ask. It was really sweet. She was attentive and our drinks never ran out. It had a positive atmosphere. My fiancé got the risotto with shrimp and loved it too. We had the chocolate sundae for dessert and I highly recommend it! They were kind enough to also give me a gift certificate for next time for a birthday gift. So so kind!!! Everything was delicious. Excellent service. It was our first time and we will be back.
Delicious meal. The meatballs and bucatini were savory with a hint of fennel . My husband enjoyed the salmon with the delicious rosemary fries. I had chicken schnitzel served on mashed potatoes and asparagus, which was perfectly prepared. All portions are generous. The menu is varied. I wished I could have tried each one! Oh and the dessert menu offerings are varied and again it is hard to choose. We all ordered the Crème Carmel Cake and It is beyond compare. Highly recommend. Service was outstanding and prices are very reasonable for an upper tier restaurant. We highly recommend and will definitely return.
Good night, Amadeus. Started with stale tortilla chips and a super sweet hummus. Ended with a medium well steak which was ordered medium rare. DO BETTER.
Bonnie was very attentive and helped make our dining experience very pleasant.
Despite having a 6:00 reservation for 4, we had to wait 30 minutes. Although they had tables for two available, they had seated three tables for four with two people. It was hard to just stand there waiting for â5-10 minutesâ as it turned to 30 minutes. I had made it clear when making the reservation, that it was my husbandâs birthdayâthere was absolutely no acknowledgment of this. My sisterâs veggie burger was uneatable, yet no compensation was made and it felt like nobody cared. Once seated, the service was good. We are sorry to say, but it looks like this will be the last time we will be eating here.
excellent meal at Amadeus - We had a party of 15 and were seating in the "private" dining area which was perfect - We had top notch service and very much enjoyed all the food. Every appetizer and every main course was excellent - I can recommend this place enough. We will be back!
Had to wait a little for a table on a Tuesday night, but definitely worth the time spent. Food was very good, wife and I split a Caesar Salad, not the typical romaine standard, but a tasty lettuce mixture, not over dressed, but sufficient. The dressing was well seasoned and complimented the order. Wife had the Diana's Salmon but with polenta instead of potatoes, excellent combination. Unfortunately, I had the Shrimp with Risotto. The shrimp were very tasty and properly cooked, but the risotto didn't fare very well, undercooked and just inedible, should have had the polenta. On the plus, my meal was comped and I'm appreciative of that. Our food was paired with a Kings Estate Sauvignon Blanc based on the bartender's recommendation, a wise choice. Overall, our service was excellent, the server was very helpful, courteous, and willingly took our criticism on the food. Atmosphere a little loud due to the high ceiling and open seating arrangement. We're looking forward to our next trip through Salem so we can explore the menu a little more.
First time dining. It was splendid, Valerie was our server, and a gal named Bobbie also helped me find the restrooms. The food was incredible aside from there being red pepper flakes all over the meat and cheese platter appetizer and again in the pork loin dish. If there had been a disclosure in the menu, so I could have removed them beforehand, that would have been key. The second plate of pork loin without the red pepper flakes was much better. That dish did need a little heat, but there was probably a half tablespoon in the whole dish which becomes quite a bit after several bites. Especially if you have stomach restrictions to spices. The desserts were so wonderful. I loved both choices. Definitely be back again!
It was great
Great server. Adult beverages were creative. Chicken schnitzel was excellent. Music a little loud. Overall, a very nice place to have dinner.
2nd time eating here and it was just as wonderful as before. The whole group enjoyed the dinner
