Came in at 8:45pm on a Thursday. Four employees working and a large line already forming. They could not care less about the customers. Slow as molasses with no urgency. Got to the front of the line and they were out of steak. Waited another 10minutes for my food. Super disappointing experience. The decline of Chipotle is real.

I recently had an incredibly horrendous experience at Chipotle, and I feel compelled to share it. My encounter with Alex, an employee at the location, was beyond terrible. From the moment we interacted, she was shockingly disrespectful. Not only did she make our order wrong, but when we pointed out the mistake, she flat-out refused to fix it.I specifically asked for no onions because I'm allergic, yet my order was full of them. When I brought this to her attention, she dismissed my concern entirely and refused to correct it. This is not just a matter of preference—it's a serious health issue.To make matters even worse, after refusing to correct our order, Alex proceeded to gossip and laugh about us audibly while we were still in the restaurant. Her behavior was outrageously unprofessional and completely unacceptable. It's appalling that such a reputable chain like Chipotle would employ someone who treats customers with such disdain and disregard for their health and satisfaction.This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth (and not just because of the incorrect order). I hope Chipotle addresses this issue immediately so that other customers don't have to endure such disrespect, unprofessionalism, and potential health risks.

I ordered a burrito a few days ago and it was great. I ordered another one a few days later online, and got the smallest chipotle burrito I’ve ever received. It’s like they gave half portions for everything. I’m not ordering online again so they don’t rip me off. Other than that, it’s pretty clean inside and the staff is adequately nice.

Chipotle used to be my go to spot when I was living in Florida but whenever you order from any location in the Salem area they act like the amount of food they give you comes out of their paycheck. They give rabbit sized portions and I quite literally have to ask for more of everything. Even the rice. I used to be a regular but now every time I come I feel like it’s too much of a hassle trying to order when every employee has an attitude when you ask for more. Also the ingredients are not as fresh. And don’t try to order online EVER lol. You think they give small portions when you’re in store? Try ordering online and you get the smallest amount of food

I have always had good customer service and not one complaint ever at this location. As a whole group of employees under one roof I'd say that they all seem happy under fair conditions by choice of employment. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Had a great experience. Wonder customer service. Got the sofritas burrito ?, it was good but nothing special. Some more vegetarian options would be nice. Was helped by Megan I believe her name was. She was very sweet and so very patient when it took me absolutely AGES to get my chipotle app to pop up in my phone for my points, and I mean ages... luckily I was the only one in the store. Very sweet of her to wait and then guide me through the not so user friendly app. Definitely needs an app update and maybe offer better incentives.

Vegetarian options: Do better! Not everyone likes tofu.

Rice was overcooked. Beans probably cooked the previous night. Steak was rubbery. Looked and tasted like dog vomit. Waste of $25 and I tipped too. Won't be back here again.
