I'm a regular now and they have the best prices and quality anywhere in Salem. Highly recommended giving it a try. My favorites are the monster and the Reeses 2.0!

Amazing service every single time! Very speedy and friendly service. Love the options of flavors - usually get lavender and vanilla but upon driving up the other day I saw a sign for homemade pumpkin sauce and had to try it. got it in a chai and it was the best fall drink I think I've ever had.

Espresso Road was the perfect stop during my road trip for a coffee fix. I ordered a 12 oz Oregonian which has hazelnut and their housemade chocolate - it was amazing. The prices and the customer service was awesome. I appreciate that they serve organic coffee too. Overall: I definitely recommend checking out this coffee stand if you're in the area instead of any chain coffee shop!

Better than Starbucks, cheaper than Starbucks, faster than Starbucks. What else could you want?

Cute little drive thru. Surprised for it to be in the same parking lot as Starbucks. Girls were super nice and had patience while I made up my mind on what I wanted. Quick service and decent coffee

We go here at least once if not twice a day. To pull in to a well lit OPEN sign before 1 and wait, and wait, and having eyes rolled, and wait, its raining, and wait.... Being IGNORED long enough for someone to count a till, put a sign in the other window, turn OFF the LIT open sign, and look at me as if I were crazy.... That's poor Poor POOR business. There is a lot of espresso in this town, we are sorry your ethics aren't as good as what's in the cup.

The best—espresso is not bitter, syrups are great, and service is amazing. I feel bad for the people waiting in line at the bigger chains when they could have a far superior pick-me-up from Espresso Road. Definitely my go-to for coffee from now on!

Was looking for a local coffee company, and stumbled on this amazing drive through coffee shop. Located between two inferior chains, the coffee was less expensive, and my 60 second chat with their staff was pleasant. I say that because that's how long I waited to get my joe. The coffee is very tasty. I got a 24 oz house drip, and I'll be back regularly. No wait, cheaper prices, friendly staff. What more do you want? The coffee cup is the same cardboard with the sleeve and plastic top. They're local and independently owned in a great location.

Okay coffee but staff today were transphobic, incompetent, or both. My sister and I ordered, she their "Valencia" orange chocolate espresso drink and I a mocha with lemon syrup. Her drink was fine, but mine was curdled, either by the use of spoiled milk or by the addition of an acid--perhaps lemon juice? Either way, the drink ordered by the identifiably transgender person was undrinkable. Times I've gone there in the past while dressed to appear "male," my drinks have been fine; I've even ordered the same beverage--Mocha with lemon flavor--there before and received a normal, drinkable beverage. Management needs to decide whether they are going to train their staff better--perhaps to ask clarifying questions when someone orders an unusual or off-menu drink--or whether they're going to institute clear expectations of equal treatment for their customers. Either way, I won't be going back for a very long time.

First off, I just want to say, I don't know why it took me so long to try this place, considering, I have lived in Salem for over 2 year's....not to mention, upon asking, their coffee beans are local and roasted out of Eugene, which is a huge plus in my book!!! I ordered a 20 oz iced white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso and upon 1st sip, you could immediately taste the fresh pulled espresso (NOT BITTER EITHER, LIKE 'OTHER' COFFEE SPOTS HERE)...so fragrant and delicious. I will note, even with the extra shot of espresso, the drink was still a little on the sweeter side for my liking, so next time I'm going to just try an iced mocha!!! This will be my new go to spot in Salem. They by far beat the Human Bean, Dutch Bros and Starbucks!!! Way more affordable also!

I love Espresso Road! The coffee is strong, but not bitter. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are amazing, at least a dollar cheaper than the corporate coffee stand right next door. I just wish the hours were more conducive to my schedule.
