I waited a very long time for my order! Add more staff to this restaurant! The only employee can't cope and works slowly

Got a variety of foods and spice levels. All was as ordered and timely even though we went at an odd hour. Chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. they could use more lettuce is my only critique. Will definitely be back.

Love the place. Curry is delicious and you get served a lot of it, always have a hard time deciding if I should finish it all in one sitting.

I ordered the orange chicken which came with little orange sauce even though I ordered extra. The beef noodle soup had the noodles stuffed so much into the container that they compressed into one, she said they'll be soggy if they're in the soup, so then, put them in a bigger container. The beef was dry and tough. As for the duck fried rice, couldn't take more than a few bites, rice has no flavor and the duck tasted bland and dry. This was my first time here. I called and in the end, they couldn't believe me and said call back later, they'll talk to the owner, I asked when to call back and she again said later after she talks to the owner. Why she won't call me back, who knows. I don't recommend you come here if this is how they treat you after the sale.

I ordered sticky rice with my som tum papaya salad and it was hard as a rock. I couldn't chew it. Then I ordered the Pad Thai lemongrass chicken, and the Chicken was so over cooked that I could only eat the noodles. For $30 it was very disappointing.

10/29/23Update. Tried again today. The waitress took a whole to acknowledge us. She tossed the menus on the rable and walked away. Didn't look at us or say anything. We got up and left. They obviously don't want business.Place wasn't very clean either.2 year's ago:Great selection of food. Customer service was average. Food was average. No complaints.

Great food. Short on staff. Had one guy doing everything so it ended up being very slow.

They changed hands a couple years ago and the menu not as good but pretty decent food still, the service is absolutely horrible and you cannot go at lunch takes 45 minutes to get your food. I called in an order to go 2 hours before picking up and still had to wait 45 minutes to get the order. They don’t understand that people will go next door, across the street or somewhere else entirely for better service. Hate to see them lose business.

Hong Thai used to have such good food, the quality has deteriorated to the point that I would never go again. The Larb that I ordered had no flavor and incorrect seasoning, tom kha was just onions and some pieces of chicken, lemongrass chicken was half the size it used to be with way over cooked noodles and just drenched in sauce, the worst was the shrimp rolls that were half the size of normal ones and mostly filled with lettuce and carrots. Do not waste your money, it is not what it used to be.

The food was delicious. The red curry chicken, crab fried rice, chicken satay - all were sumptuous. However the service was horrible. Not sure if the person was having a bad day!

I really like this place and most days the food is good. But today I got some pot sticker and salad rolls and they were bad! The pot stickers were really burnt. They should have tossed them and remade them. And the salad roll were super tiny and had thick rice noodles instead of typical noodles. Not worth it. Get their dishes, don’t do appetizers.

We haven't been to the restaurant. We always get it delivered. That said, Hong Thai is our favorite Thai place in town. They offer some "authentic" items that we can't find anywhere else in town. Kua ging is my favorite Thai dish and they make a great one.Their curries are fine. The appetizers are good. The best part about this place is that they have a broader menu than most local Thai places and you can try some "real" staple foods.
