I never post reviews but I am making an exception with Burrito Way 503. In my opinion, Burrito Way 503 is the BEST Mexican restaurant I have eaten at in years! I talked so much about this place that some friends wanted to eat there the and they were all in agreement….it was fabulous! Huge servings of nothing but great flavor!! I will say that it’s not the fastest of service, but that’s ok because what you get is delicious!! And the restaurant is clean - thank you! Anyway, give Burrito Way 503 a try….

Little shop with BIG food. It was absolutely delicious ‼️ My first time there but not my last. I got me a carne asada gordita and I'm addicted. I got my son a jalapeno pepper burrito. WOW! A monster. My son loves it and he's super picky. He's eating the other half for breakfast, lol. Excellent customer service also! I'm so impressed. Thank you❣️

Bland everything. Luke warm on delivery. Overpriced, stuffed stoner ideas. The names seem very exciting at first for everything that you try. From the $20 Pizza Dilla to the breakfast burritos, nothing has flavor. Just season your stuff y'all. I don't understand all of these rave reviews for places in Salem that are truly offering cafeteria food at outlandish prices. I've tried it more than once and have already been in contact with the kitchen about my previous orders. This is an absolutely terrible take on Mexican/American fusion. Back to the drawing board for this place for me.

Food is amazing but the hours listed on google don’t reflect their actual hours. Saturday at 6 and they are closed, girl closing up says “it just depends when we’re open”. How are we supposed to know when to come eat?

Ordered an American burrito for pickup and there was way too much fries compared to everything else. It was basically a French Fry and bean burrito with a little sliver of meat, rice and only guac in the middle seeping out of the folds.Fries weren't crispy enough when assembled so they were basically potato mush when I ate it. Grossed out halfway and wasted $15
Menu online is different than what’s available inside, Wasn’t impressed 2 workers guy and girl had no clue what was on the menu one girl was on her phone the entire time she had to call the owner to see if they could make what was on the menu the guy who took my order kept forgetting items I had to remind him multiple times food was cold wasn’t enjoyable. I have heard great things about this place but my experience I won’t go back if these 2 employees are working.

The food was horrible, expensive, and customer service was terrible. The cashier barely spoke English and she was unfriendly. The cheese on the bean and cheese burrito wasn't even melted, they got our order wrong, it was $68.94 for 4 people!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered the All American Burrito and the fries were stale, I assume left over from the day before or maybe longer. The burrito had no flavor at all and the asada was fatty and gross. I would have returned it but got it to go and didn't have time. I ended up throwing it away after only a couple of bites and went to Taco Bell. A HUGE waste of time and money as they are overpriced. I strongly do not recommend this place and I will never return. With all of this said the girl who helped me was very sweet & friendly, but the other girl in the back was not. Save yourselves and go to Taco Bell!! Or anywhere else.
