One In A Melon Meals

My partner is Celiac and it's so hard for her to find places that are safe to eat, that also allow for variety and -taste-. We found One in a Melon Meals on the Find Me GF app, which told us that this is a completely gluten-free food cart, which also has vegan and dairy free options. This place is a gem. Lots of interesting dishes to try. The chicken pesto with zucchini pasta was surprisingly delicious. I would have preferred a stronger pesto flavor, but I'll still order it again. The shrimp with quinoa and butter basted steak was delicious. Wide variety of gluten free and dairy free options.
