Horrible customer service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance for son's permit and he was able to take test and pass. Then thier system was down ,not their fault but rude supervisor offered no help !!!!!Then had to come back next week, pull my son out of school again, we had to take a number instead of just going through already pass line !!!!!Still same rude supervisor offering no help. Very very poor. Sent for lost title 4 times!!! They've cashed the check but keep saying form not right!!!!!!! What is going on there????? Incompetence. My tags now expired. How am I supposed to get to work????? Un- believable to say the least!!!!!!!!

After two frustrating attempts to get through their voice-system, I gave up. These systems need to be shut down as they are designed to limit peoples access and are operate poorly. At least the old number system worked better. Hopefully their email system is better.
