My first restaurant in Salem, Oregon. The food was good and ambience is nice. I was surprised that many restaurants is Salem gets full at the lunchtime. I definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Salem.

Took my mom here for her birthday. My mom's order was wrong - with no resolution to fix it besides a measly $3.00 off a bill I am paying for - nothing for the person whom we came here to celebrate. My mother explicitly stated she didn't want a hamburger, and that is what was served. Absolute trash service, I attempted to resolve this with Ritters by sending and email and placing multiple calls, all of which have been ignored. Won't be back since there is a massive lack of customer service.

The host that sat us and gave us the menu was extremely nice and helpful. Our server Jana on the other hand was not. In fact not only was she rude she put judgement on us treating us like we were poor people who dont have money to pay their prices. For one just because my husband was wearing blue jeans and a motorcycle coat and I was wearing black leggings with a gothic hello kitty t-shirt does not make poor. FYI we are far from being poor so the judgemental looks and comments are not appreciated. Jana was overly judgemental when I didn't want anything else but water to drink due to my health reasons . The service we received was horrible and very uncomfortable. It took forever for Jana to come back to take our order and we watched her take orders of people who got there after we did. I ordered a crab salad and my husband ordered the sweet potato fries. The food tasted good and we enjoyed the food even the we felt so uncomfortable the whole time there. Normally when my husband and I have dinner together and we get good service our tips are $15 to $20 tips so its fair to say we did leave a $1 tip cause the food was good Needless to say we will not be returning.

Gavin- bartender- great mixer I had an Old Fashioned that was done very well and a Red Sash Old Fashioned which was equally delicious. This guy knows how to mix!Molly is the prettiest "Princess behind the bar" and and lends great support maintaining efficient operations at this fast pace bar.Jack is on spot! You want it you got it! Went in to eat with my family - food was not great at all, my mother's wings were super dry, fries were just the ends and crumbs and cold. My Tillamook burger was definitely dry and had no flavor for $19.00. Asked to speak to manager and they said they had none on duty. Spoke to the waitress but she cared less.Over priced food and meh service.

Over-priced and poorly prepared food. The burger I ordered was dry and completely tasteless. Fries were hard and overdone. $18 burger. Yikes.
Tables were not clean. Pizza was average tasting... basically a personal thin crust pizza w limited toppings for $20 ! Lemonade not natural - but from powder !
