I recently purchased an order for 1 IB. of filet mignon for Valentine’s Day, it’s probably the BEST fresh meat you’ll find out. Not to mention the meat was very high quality and had very beautiful marbling and was very tender. I plan on becoming a regular here! The money is worth spending here!
Rudy's is a classic staple in Salem and their butcher shop is no exception. Twice, I have had the chance to experience meat purchased here. Both times the quality was excellent and the flavor unsurpassed. This is the place to purchase meat when you want the natural flavor of the cut to shine through instead of what you season it with. Excellent!
