Terry is wonderful, this location is lucky to have an employee like her. Bringing joy to peoples morning. This is my favorite Starbucks because of the people that work here. It’s hard to find such quality service nowadays.

14 days, 14 different drinks. Do they even read the tickets? Got charged extra each time I ordered my drinks, because we get extra shots of espresso. Was missing the shots and whatever extra I would ask for. Or was slathered in the little bit of extra drizzle I'd ask for and was missing half of my drink. Same thing for both drinks id order. Seriously disappointed. When asking two different employees how my drink was made, they had different answers.

This is my favorite Starbucks ever! The customer service is always wonderful, quick, and efficient; at one point, the staff even participated in a little surprise my dad planned for both me and my brother's birthday. The drinks and bakery items are always delicious. A perfect place to study or meet up with a friend.

they gave me rotten lemonade, it was foul tasting & was so filmy and slimy, thats all. also, if i wanted a free drink from yall i wouldve asked for a remake. but yall gave me OLD unrefridgerated lemonade. why would i want a free replacement from you, ew

Very slow service on my visit. Drive thru got the priority versus customers inside. Didn’t call out the drinks when they are ready so you have to handle people’s drinks to see if it is yours or not. Couple people handling restock could be pulled to help with drinks during busy times so it’s not a 15 min wait. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with urine and feces on the handle.

Very bad service, I was waiting 10 minutes while the barista was on the cell phone, there were no people before me, I assumed my drink would come out quickly but I kept watching her, when I went up to talk to her, she turned around and didn't answer me.

I always enjoy knowing Starbucks is nearby. Especially when traveling! I've some anxiety issues, and do not always want to be forced to "try someplace new" so the consistency offered by chain places like this is actually helpful to me. (Bet few people think of that aspect for folks)Barnstable were welcoming and prompt at taking orders despite a busy morning.

The person taking my order today was a c***, super rude and ignorant. Acted like she couldn't hear me, but could! Won't return to this location
