Always really hate to leave a bad review, but hopefully enough attention and this location will be improved.My matcha latte was perfect, but the service here is first of all difficult to get. The baristas are apathetic and don’t seem to want to help you at all if walking away when I was clearly standing at the counter (both times I ordered!) is any sign.I don’t care about smiles or small talk, but the service here was so lackluster and rude I might as well have been told to turn around and leave because no one was interested in being a human being that day.Basically this is a nice building, so much seating, but the staff is generally unwelcoming. As a former food service employee I 100% understand, but their poor attitude ruins the entire atmosphere.

I was ignored by a barista when I asked for the code to the restroom. She then told her coworker that I was hitting on her (?) and that she was like “no.” Once I made my order she got it completely wrong and said “here it is” in the most seething tone possible.The rest of the staff seemed nice though, so I would just tell people to be careful when they order here.

Lobby was closed and they posted a small hand written sign on door that you can't see in parking lot stating drive up only today. Fine lobby closed but at least post a sign big enough to see from parking lot.Features: Lobby now open..

It's the same conglomerate cup of coffee you can get at the other bazillion locations. This one smells less of garbage/sewage which is nice.

Nice place good service a. Question that I do have though is why was there a on duty unidentified sheriff's from Marion County doin there and the lt hides it as well doin there ?? I don't pay him for coffee at Starbucks

I have been visiting this location for more than 10 years. They used to allow people to remain inside until 10 am when they closed. The staff were very good and cared about customers. In the last two years, I have visited a half dozen times and the experience was nearly always so bad I just do not want to return. The music is set so loud I cannot have a conversation with someone sitting next to me. I recorded today the decibel level was 95-100 before asking them to turn it down, then it was 77 to 95. Then they keep the place very cold, when asked to turn up the heat, they always say, "I'll talk to the manager." But in the midst of winter the AC is full blast and its at 45 degrees. I have complained at the store and on their Facebook page, but nothing changes. Now they have a policy to get everyone out the door by 9pm, this is what they told me today, even though it states on their door, 10pm. For all these reasons I always go to Starbucks as my last choice in this town. They need new management or train the current staff in better customer service.

Loved this location. Ample seating indoors and few outside. Staff work well together and are quick to get drinks put. Space and bathrooms were clean. Great space to meet and hang out. My drink came out perfet too.

Drive-thru line seemed long, but they pushed us through very quickly. Great service and our drinks were tasty.
