No crazy review needed, it's a taco truck. Cheap, big portions, bilingual staff, benches to sit at on a nice day, and has the type of taste that makes your wife tell you to eat slower. I wish a truck of this quality was in Washington. Would give 4.5-4.7 rating.

Food was cold!! Took it back and they remade it, now it's warm at best, the asada looks like dog food and tastes about the same as it looks, they do have a great hot sauce, I would get extra to cover up how bad the food is here at this food truck!!

We ordered breakfast burritos, they were great. Very large, save some for later, the tortillas were just right, the filling was meaty and just the right texture - no drippy messy stuff, easy to enjoy at the stand, there is plenty of space, grab a bite here and then shop Harbor Freight, or the flea mart mall.Lots of drink choices, too,

Great spot for Mexican food in Salem. Specials for taco Tuesday would have been great, unfortunately they do not offer taco Tuesday specials. Very satisfying lunch spot. Had chicken tacos and sope.
Went to this food truck and ordered a few different things from their menu just to get a variety.. tried their chili relleno burrito, was not very impressed with it. It seemed to be kind of a gooey mess inside.. I did however like the street tacos.. but they were on the lesser side of street tacos. So if you just want something and it resembles the taste of a street Taco it's a good place to go. "With the lime on top!" Also tried their breakfast burrito was not very impressed with that another gooey mess needed to be I don't know maybe cooked a bit longer. I'm in that a pretty basic place stick with the street tacos and the simple things that's my suggestion.

Just passing through and decided to take a chance on this truck. Everything from presentation, to freshness to customer service was great. The tacos were Beautifully plated and the limes were perfectly juicy, fresh and ripe. The picante salsa was really tasty which helped the fact that the meat had almost no flavor and was actually pretty bland although juicy and cooked well. Normally I would give less stars but I believe they just had an off-day and since everything else was so good I would be willing to try them again.
