Clearly a local favorite. Lots of folks picking up their call-ins. Outside seating only. No menu in the window, and had to ask to see one once we got to the front of the line. Seemed a little understaffed but our food came in a reasonable timeframe. Once apon a time this was a 5 star burger joint with the best burgers around! We use to go here often after camping trips, hunting trips and just about any excuse we could come up with. That being said I wish it could still be this way. Now the staff seems unimpressed with even having paying customers. The owner, who made my last meal there couldnteven crack us a smile and the food was unimpressive and disheartening. The sign says open but nobodys home.

Not a lot of dining options in this area, but Cedar Shack is not a bad place to stop for a quick bite. Walk up window to order and pick up food and enjoy on the road or sitting on one of the few picnic tables outside. Perfect for a Covid-safe family picnic style lunch.
