People who worked there were nice, they gave us out good in a reasonable time but as usual they have us caramel frappes with extra drizzle all wrong. There is supposed to be drizzle on the inside sides of the cup before they put the iced frappe in. Swirl the sides all over with caramel ... THEN put the frappe in. Then cover the top of the whip cream with caramel. They don't put anything in the cup & just top the whip cream with caramel. Big deal. You do that anyway, right? Totally ruins it... Eveytime.

I went to order a frosty box for my son and I repeat what I want so many times and the lady acts like she doesn't understand. She said that I need to move forward and repeat again and she continues acting. She screamed at me and said that nobody is gonna understand that's not the right way to pronounce. I know that I have an accent but she discriminates against me just because I'm Hispanic.Seriously.,I'm surprised that people like her work in a place where you have to serve customers well and smile at them to make them come back

Was picking up mobile order. Was given a condescending tone the entire time from the individual at the second window at 7:35 PM. No thank you, have a nice day, or any customer service. Ice cream was melting and the mcchicken was ice cold. Find some new employees and suggest your current employees to go back to Mexico. Straight up rude as hell

This was the nicest McDonald's I have been to in Oregon so far...took me by surprise actually...it is an adult oriented SIT-DOWN style fast food place that still encouraged seniors to socialize and enjoy a good breakfast or coffee with friends or simply relax and catch up on emails....not just a drive through with limited seating (new style)... Friendly service, lots of seniors relaxing having breakfast or coffee...a gathering place vs quick in and out preferred elsewhere...that is why I don't go to two nearby McDonald's other than drive-through breakfast...they are not set to be comfortable to sit and enjoy breakfast... A real shame that their formula has changed so much...I have been a fan since they opened in the late sixties early seventies. That might end soon...I live too far from Tigard and this great McDonald's to go regularly...
