We spent a year in Sapporo, the capital of miso ramen and Fujiya's ramen got us making comparisons. The noodles we perfect and the broth was fatty, in the best way possible. Very nice meal.
I have driven by several times and just never made the effort to stop. So today I decided to make the pup wait in the car before going to Mary S to play. Ordered the Miso Ramen without egg and scallion and Vegetable Gyoza. The Gyoza came our first and were fried perfectly and the Ramen had egg and before the waitress could put the bowl down she was called back into the kitchen and my order was remade without me having to say anything. Damn good ramen! Amazing fresh fruit boba smoothies! They actually used real strawberries and also hand make their noodles. You can taste the difference! The customer service is on par too.
