So UNIMPRESSED with this location. We have been long time Round Table West Linn supporters and we will NEVER go back. We placed a online order over 7 WEEKS ago and arrived to pick our dinner up and the place was locked. They certainly took our payment though. We called, no answer. We never received our pizza order that night. I continued to call every day that week and no answer. Finally got someone on the phone 5 days later and they said "they refunded the money on their end." A week later I checked my bank statement and it wasn't refunded. I called again and they said "there wasn't anything they could do on their end because they voided the transaction and I needed to take it up with my bank." I asked to talk to the manager as I had already wasted a lot of time dealing with this and it wasn't my fault that they just took my payment but were closed.The so called manager said he would send me a gift card for the amount, which I agreed to. Here we are 6 weeks later and I am out $61for pizza I never got and never received the gift card in the mail like he said. The manager I spoke to was rude and acted like he could care less. Horrible service and we will NEVER BE BACK. Beware of this location, go to the one on Mcloughlin they are AWESOME.

Ordered an XL and a L pizza to go… on a slow night… with practically no foot traffic… when their website was down. The order was (seemingly) made but nowhere to be found when I showed up to get it. The order was re-created (except the XL could no longer be made) and we accepted an additional 30 minute wait, during which a few placative apologies were made and 10% off our next order was given, which (boldly) assumes another order.Round Table used to be so good…Update 2 hours later: The service was just as reported but damn was the pizza good.

This review is for dine-in experience only and is directed at management (the wait staff is very pleasant, trying to do a good job, and still makes an excellent pizza despite the challenges) This location is going downhill fast. Currently: * No heat (they are attempting to heat with space heaters which is blowing circuit breakers.) Many spots around the restaurant are at about 50 degrees * No light in the bathrooms (how do they clean them?) * Intermittent Cable TV * Opens two hours later than the time listed on the door (and sometimes later than that) * No deep cleaning * Are short staffed It is sad, because the pizza they make is one of the best Round Table Pizzas in the area.

I placed an order online and when I showed up it said it was closed..at 4 due to no staff..I said I placed my order an hr ago and she said she refunded me. I asked why I didn't get a call, she had no excuse. I waited 1 hr and drove there to find no food. This place is unprofessional

Went to pick up a doordash order and the manager was extremely rude. Yelled at me telling me they weren't open and blamed me for not being able to open the restaurant in time because I was interrupting her. Extremely rude management and I highly do not recommend coming here. They shouldn't be receiving door dash orders if they aren't open.

Says they're open till 10pm. They changed their hours to 8PM. NOW THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. Ridiculous. This is how most businesses fail. The owners expect their employees to put more into their businesses then they are willing. Good luck in your future endeavors.

This is no reflection of the employees as they were trying their best. The pizza is awesome and the employees work their tails off. I had ordered a pizza for delivery and it was 45 minutes late. They are so short staffed they outsource delivery to door dash. I received no delivery updates, and no one picked up the phone after several tried. I decided to drive in to see what was going on..there were several people waiting, including the door dash driver who was supposed to pick up my order. There were only two employees, and they were working really hard, and one was on the verge of tears. At one point, they were so busy that they could not get to the pizza coming through the oven conveyor, so it just fell on the floor. Whoever is in charge of the staffing really needs to remedy this for the sake of the employees.

The owners and upper management really need to step up here and do better! The few employees that work here are over worked and stressed out. I feel sorry for them. It takes an hour and a half to get a pizza at this location and they are constantly running out of ingredients. As of lately, no one will even answer the phone because they don't have enough help. I will not return until the owners and/or upper management steps up and makes this place better for the customers and the employees!

Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered was a bit late due to a mishap. However, they made it up by making the pizza super good and larger. So worth the wait! Thank you for that!

I miss when this place was good and had fun vibes with good music. If you look into the kitchen it’s so dilapidated. The employees seem confused and are disorganized. For the past year (2021-2022) every time I order a pizza the pizza is late and cold. The last time I was in, the customer that was ahead of me was frustrated that her pizza was taking so long and she went back to her car out of frustration. I overheard the manager tell the employee not to say that they made the wrong pizza and came up with some excuse. I actually thought the truth was better than the excuse! Mistakes happen right!? I just think this place needs a remodel and a good manager. If someone knows if this happens please comment!! I won’t go back until things change for the better.

I recently started ordering from this location and each time I spoke with the employees, they all have been extremely welcoming and polite. I appreciate the manager for taking the time to discuss catering options with me, she was really knowledgeable and provided space for me to ask all the questions I had. Friendly and happy staff and environment. I highly recommend this spot! The PIZZA IS BY FAR the best in this area ... West Linn to Lake Oswego and to Oregon City. My fav hands down!
