Costco employees here are racist, bigoted, and prejudiced - I will never return again. They accosted my family and I while not directing their attention to anyone else to verify membership. Then said it was because they have a "theft problem". What would make them think that a mother, father, and baby would be thieves with nothing in their cart as they shop, other than skin color? I am absolutely disgusted with the man at the door, Nathan, and the customer service supervisor- white female - who also brought a white male "front end supervisor " with her as back up. Not only were were harassed and targeted when first entering the store, but then they found us AGAIN while shopping on the other end of the store to harass & disrespect my family. The man at the front basically told us that Costco shoppers don't typically look like us - are you freaking kidding me? In front of my child?!?! I am still in disbelief at the bold and blatant racism.

There are horrible people that work in the gas station. Amy who is a terrible supervisor. She berates her employees and is a j*** to customers. I'm sure they held up a mirror to see if she was breathing and that is how she got the job. Every time I have been through there she is worse. Lazy incompetent and worthless.

Grumpy cashiers | out of some products | food court condiments is lacking We come here often for some bulk items, but today's shopping experience was disappointing. Is it just me or do the workers act like they hate working here? Grumpy and poor customer relations. Upon checking out, the cashier didn't say hi or say a word at all. Usually they ask if you need any boxes/crates to put your groceries in, but she didn't even ask. Her and the bagger just threw everything in my cart. It is really strange to me when I'm more friendly than the worker at any store, and today was just awkward with this cashier lady. I also told her I would like to add 1 chicken bake and 2 hot dogs to my purchase. We used to be able to do that and pick up our order after showing the receipt. I guess that was changed, but I didn't know about it until now. The cashier lady curtly said, "I can't do that here," and that was that. No explanation, no more conversation. I still wished both her and the bagger a nice day and thanked them for helping me check out. I'll include their names when I see them again and see their name tags. I was also really surprised to find some products gone after seeing them available for a very long time. Dates and a Korean bbq chicken pre-made item are currently out. Before that, the generic Costco dog food (Kirkland deep blue color) was sold out too for a little while. However, they have some unique new items cycling in, like the Honolulu Cookie Co cookies. Overall, they have a good variety of things sold from gardening, seasonal summer activity gear, office stuff, beverages and alcohol, fish and meat, fresh produce, vitamins, flowers, clothing, premade meals, and home goods. I mean, I was impressed with the prices for bonsai plants. It looked like they were on steroids! Their salmon looks delicious, good hefty cuts. I saw that they carried some Similac! My last criticism is the food court area. Wow, what happened to the other condiments--onions, relish, and sauerkraut? You only get mustard and ketchup now. Bleh, boring. Like most families, we come here for bulk items like rice, diapers, wipes, dog food, and things that are just more for your buck. But, you can easily come out of this place with an unexpected $300 Costco bill if you find other goodies you weren't originally planning to get. I've always hated the parking lot, from its design to the pure madness of everyone crossing and drivers zooming. Today, I went on a weekday and it didn't seem to make a difference with the number of shoppers.

Costco's are all pretty much, well, a Costco. Same layout. Same products. Dangerous parking lots because people are in their own worlds. But a necessity for certain items that you can only get at Costco. For me, it's the Kirkland plastic wrap, one of my favorite must-have items! It actually sticks to anything and makes a true, air free cover. It's magic and I can not live without it! Then there is the rotisserie chicken. Crazy good and for $5 it feeds 8! When the Rao's Marinara Sauce and Sanders Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Covered Caramels go on sale, I'm there! The caramels cost $6 for a huge 36 ounce container. If you buy a tiny 3 ounce bag at a grocery store, they are $3.99. I don't even have a membership! Not worth it for me because it's too much of everything. But since there are some items I can only get at Costco, I go with a friend. All of my friends are members. The Wilsonville location is not my first choice simply because it's too far from my home. But after going to Tigard (I prefer the small footprint) with the intent of buying an aqua colored ceramic outdoor planter, but it had sold out since the day before, we ventured out to Wilsonville. They were sold out, too! Bummer. Lesson learned. Grab it while you see it, especially seasonal items. But of course I ended up finding items I had to have even though I needed nothing. Frozen wine pops? Oh, yea. Put them in the freezer in case summer 2022 decides to arrive. A 4 piece mixing bowl set with lids in shades of blue for $15? No way I could pass on those. And that Speedo bathing suit for $19.99 had to come home with me since I swim daily. Of course I bought the hot dog on the way out but unlike most, I don't eat it there. I like my hotdogs with some grill marks so I reheat it at home, pull out half the dough from the bun, then top the grilled hot dog with spicy mustard and baked beans. Yum! For $1.50, it's a bargain meal even though I give the cup away since I don't drink or want the free soda. Another day, a similar Costco experience. The big difference here is the size of the parking lot. It is much larger and not as many traffic jams since there are several aisles you can access and exit. Unlike Tigard which is a nightmare.

The customer service at this Costco is abysmal. My wife and son get treated like garbage and all they really care about is getting as many carts through the lines as fast as possible. Don't get in their way! Don't dare try to make the experience fun for your son. We have had several extremely bad experiences with Costco employees and when we've reported them to management, they just blew us off. They don't care, they just want store volume. When you go here, expect to be treated poorly and good grief HURRY through the line or else!

There was a line of 12-15 people waiting to have receipts checked. Only one person was checking receipts and they were slow doing it. I wasn't the only one upset; waiting in line to check out, then waiting in line again to leave. I recognize they have a right to double check everyone as we leave but that doesn't mean it doesn't affect the customer experience and time wasted. It will be a concern next time contemplating where to shop....we have business to get back to.

Costco is Costco. This one was fine and the help was friendly. The layout is opposite of the normal one we go to but found all we needed and more. We went on a Saturday AM and we know better. Best time to go is at night before closing and a weekend morning oh my. But we had to go.

A normal pharmacy bill was over $200. With the guidance of a Costco employee with good Rx, and Rx Saver apps, it was $24. Shannon got our Rx’s from the ridiculous pharmacy by fax and took care of us last minute. Best experience ever and I am so thankful!

Costco Tire Tualatin store: If you have the desire to have a similar experience to getting a root canal, go to this Costco for tires. It makes ZERO difference to make an appointment here, they will place all walk ins before you and you will be the exception of the day if you get out in two hours. At about 10:30, they start telling people they are 3-4 hours behind and try to move you to another day. They do sell a number of batteries because people grab them off the shelf and then wait 20-30 minutes for someone to return to the counter to check them out. How do i know all this? I sat at their desk for a total of 7 hours to have three flat tires (Costco purchase) repaired in the last year and a half. (Bad luck maybe) All were brought in in the trunk with the screw/nail circled. The first time, I had an appointment and it took 2 hours. The second time, I had an appointment and it took over 3 hours. Today, the third time, walked in as store opened, still 2 hours. Any other tire store (I called 4), which incidentally will all match Costco sales, today told me that they repair their customer's tires ASAP, usually less than 25 minutes and try to have their appointment customers on the rack within 10 minutes. Also, a number of place online will send tires to a local mounter. My friends have been doing that after they gave up on Costco. Really today was exceptionally bad. I asked the person that repaired my tire how it could possible take 7 hours to make 3 easy flat repairs. His answer, :we are understaffed", for a year and a half! and "we will try harder to communicate to you next time how long it will take." First, they are not going to even remember me. Second, the problem is not communication, it is the awful amount of time they take to do anything despite an appointment. Today, I watched a person at the counter to buy a battery and he eventually had to go to the customer service department and get a woman to go out to the tire shop and get someone to come to the desk to sell him the battery. Just basically the worst tire shop in the city, if not the country.

Always good variety. Great prices. Not somewhere you go to pickup just one item.

Not sure about this but while entering the door I heard the staff ask several customers who wasn't wearing a mask if they're vaccinated and require proof of their card. I thought this is against HIPPA law, she could as well as Costco could get sued for publicly asking a medical info. also dividing and segregating those that are and are not...They're also providing mask to you if you're not vaccinated and don't have a mask on.

The Lavender Plant for $15 was delightful! My whole car smelled like a cross between a fancy underwear drawer and a Terror Reading Session. I would recommend Costco Lavender Plants to anyone I did not hate!

Didn’t have to wear my mask since I’m fully vaccinated. The price was wrong on an item and one of the employees verified and then corrected it.
