Came here today about 7:15 PM there was one person in front of me in line he picked up his order and I stepped up to order. The girl working the register turned around and had her back to me For at least one minute and 45 seconds, which may not seem long but when you’re waiting to order it is! If someone comes to your establishment to spend their hard earned money the least you can do is acknowledge the customer, and then proceed to do whatever it is you need to do. I did speak to owner he was outside when I was leaving told him about the situation and let them know I will be back to try the food hopefully he speaks to the staff so everyone can have a better experience

Ordered lunch for 3 on Door Dash. After an hour waiting they canceled the order. Last time I order for my business from this place. Glad I know now for when we have 10-12 to order for.

This restaurant has become a staple for me. The prices are very reasonable and the food is a taste of heaven just like my aunts. Smothered pork chops,fish, turkey wings, WOW so good. The only thing missing is the sweet potato pie.
I ordered and it was so GOOD my fish was crispy fresh and hot!!! Ordered through GrubHub delivery. But after I ate my food I had to call them just to thank them for the presentation and the FLAVOR was on POINT!. My dad used to be the cook in there years ago. I thought it would be hard to come close to his cooking... But somebody in there is definitely trying to get some points up in there!!!

I went to go yesterday to see if they could help me with placing an order for my wedding and it looks like the place was closed. This was after 3:00pm on a Friday. Not sure if they are open. Sad. I really wanted to patronage the place.

I think it's very kind of the Taste of soul to support the Children's Learning Center. For those of you who criticized the food and service please remember not everyone is perfect and they try their best to satisfy their customers. They also help unfortunate people that are in need of food. Great job to all of the people at taste of Soul!!!
