I had a coupon from the mailers that I get every week for a buy one get one free pizza for Papa John’s pizza and the South Park Road location refused to honor it and tried to talk me in to a more expensive order. This was a switch and bait. BEWARE!!! Will NEVER go to this place again!!!!

If you want Papa John’s that bad, drive the few extra miles to go to a different one. This is the most poorly run store and it has been for a long time. I don’t have anything to say about employees but the management specifically is rude as hell and just doesn’t care. They are also not above giving you cold food that’s been sitting just so they don’t have to make your actual order. Don’t go here. Go to a different Papa John’s. If you’re going to spend the money, your food should at least be fresh and warm.

I call and order delivery last night around 11:30pm. They closed and midnight. I ordered over the phone and actually spoke with a person instead of the automated system. I told them I was paying cash and she said thank you we will see you in about 36-46 minutes. I waited an hour and a half before I went somewhere else, they never showed, and when I called they were closed. Fast forward to today, I call to complain about the night before and speaking with a manager he showed no express for concern and the reply I got was “I have to talk to who took the order last night so I will call you tomorrow. Of no help and the only way he might call me back tomorrow is because I’m leaving this review and saying if I didn’t leave this review I probably wouldn’t hear back. If I could rate 0 stars I would

Picked up a pizza Saturday evening that was supposed to be original crust (medium thickness) but was thin on 3/4s of it. It was as though they used the dough for original crust but cut it in half & tried to stretch it to a large size. Terrible taste & was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. My wife & I will be going to other pizza establishments.

We got 2 'REGULAR' pizzas instead we got 2 sauce less lifeless shriveled pizzas with enough toppings to fill a mouse ... Won't ever go back and I'm glad I didn't tip smh

Ordered by phone and was charged $21 for large pizza. The pizza crust was like cardboard and not sure what kind of cheese they use. It was awful will never go back!

Reckless delivery drivers illegally cutting through traffic where there is an entry on the left side. I've seen many close calls that can cause serious accidents. Wont be supporting a business that decides to hire people who drive like this and put others in danger.

They have this whole operation centralized now so when you attempt to call what looks like a local number you get an automated system and if you want to talk to a human you have to jump through a bunch of hoops and end up talking to someone in a call center located god knows where. Took me 10 minutes just to find out that this location won’t deliver to my address.

Walked in here today to order. I got to the counter and both workers had extremely bad body odor. How can you trust someone to wash their hands after using the restroom if they can not put deodorant on before work? I will never eat here
