Best customer service ever! I ordered a last minute gift for my daughter and they did an absolutely fabulous job! It was beautiful and she loved it. Thank you so much!!!! Can't wait to visit in person the next time I'm in town.

I'm a Bethlehem native who lives abroad and let me tell you the Chocolate Lab's goodies were such a hit when I took them back to my colleagues in Istanbul. You will not be disappointed!

The salted caramel was really good but we also ordered the hot chocolate and it was horrible. They didn't use milk from what we can tell and it literally tasted of just water. Not even the slightest chocolate flavor. We threw it out immediately after we left.
I'm upset because I didn't get anything there. They didn't have any boxes that I wanted to order and they didn't have a sign saying that.I hope to get something else where today.

Not only are the chocolates here amazing and hand made, the customer service is just as amazing! Super nice and very helpful staff.
Absolutely romantic little shop in a prime location. I wanted to live there. Anyway! The ladies behind the counter were so nice. Got a small assortment of chocolates and they were good. They are also very very sugary tasting, a bit over-powering. My husband got a dark chocolate bar and said it tasted as if the beans were roasted burnt. Not a big biggie, but otherwise this place is so cute and makes good gifts for someone with a sweet tooth.

Great assortment of chocolates. Very friendly staff!
I have been coming here since I was 10 years old. It was always the first stop on our girls trip to Bethlehem. 20 years later, and it is still just as delicious as the day it opened. The owner and staff have always been super friendly, and I adore their seasonal decorations.
We were in town for a memorial service and spent part of the afternoon walking in town. We passed this store after stopping at the bookstore and stopped after our walk. The store has a good selection of chocolates. I purchased dark chocolate raspberry buttercremes. The service was very friendly and the chocolates were very good. I would easily return if in the area.
Great little spot downtown only a little walk from Bitty and Beau's. Their hot chocolate and their truffles are fantastic! The amoretto truffles with dark chocolate are my favorite but they have so many good ones it's tough to choose! My son liked the dark chocolate covered marshmallow. I'll probably throw that in the hot chocolate next time to see how that tastes.....
Friendly staff, cute store.I guess the chocolate product is a good quality, not something exceptional and definitely not something that's worth $26 per pound.
