Had the gnocchi with crab stuffed shrimp. It was so so good.

It has all the feels of a small village Italian restaurant. Most importantly, what happens in the kitchen. The best Italian food I’ve had in Lehigh’s Valley. First impression: thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Over hyped and assumed they paid Chris Tina for all the hype. Just do not see where the Lehigh Valley Food buzz is all about. We ordered two of their dirty martinis w pepperocini - watched the bartender make both martinis in same shaker with only a two count of vodka (2 oz) and 5 count of dry vermoth (5oz) - split between the two cocktails we paid $14 each for a martini with .5 oz of vodka and all vermouth. Gross. Our server was a gem, and she noted the bartender was just trying to save $$ by using all vermouth and not much vodka in our martinis. She said she would never have made our drinks like that. We just had to laugh. On to the food...we order the eggplant stacker and fried gnocci app. The eggplant stacker was cold, sitting on a bed of cold tomato sauce and ice cold ricotta between each layer of eggplant. Under seasoned and just a sin. Gnocci was just like eating a deep fried mac and cheese ball from a chain restaurant.Entrees- Veal Fantasy and Chicken Florentine. Really not much to say - it was edible but just not memorable. If you are looking for authentic Italian, this is not your place. If you are looking for quick service italian american food, you might like this place.

After months of anticipation, my dining experience at Fiamma exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable evening.Every dish we sampled showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and freshness. From the appetizers to the main course, each bite was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The generous portions ensured that we left feeling fully satisfied. The attentive service provided by our server added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. Their genuine hospitality and knowledge of the menu helped enhance our dining experience.Despite being stuffed from the delectable main course, we couldn't resist indulging in dessert. Opting to take it to go was a wise choice, as the flavors remained just as delightful when enjoyed later. In conclusion, dining at Fiamma was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking delicious food, generous portions, and exceptional service.

Generous portions of good food. Fantasy shrimp was delightful with just enough sauce. Chicken Milanese crunch was just right. A little heavy handed with garlic for our taste, but may suit your palate. Noisy place, but we will be back--can't wait to try the risotto!!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I made a reservation on Thursday for Sunday at 5pm. My family and I drove over an hour to eat for my sisters birthday party. We get to the restaurant, check in with the host and she tells us to have a seat. After about five to ten minutes the owner walks over and states to my family that they will not and cannot accommodate our reservation. She stated that they are closing at 6pm and cannot give us a table. She also stated that they responded to my email trying to change my reservation. I never received the email. What about a phone call!!!! My family has waited weeks to eat here and we will NEVER return. Very unfortunate but will also let the Lehigh valley area know not to eat here!!

We had a great meal. Portions are large. Service was great. A little load and small inside but food make it worth it. I had the veal Parm and it was amazing! We will be going back.

We've been looking for a place to dine since A Ca Mia closed. Fiamma had a lot of the same dishes and we knew that Chef Paolo Nolte had worked there for a spell so we had high hopes. We didn't have reservations and were seated promptly. After we ordered our waiter brought out a plate consisting of 4 rolls smothered in garlic and oil. Once again, after experiencing A Ca Mia we dug in expecting the best. Nope, the rolls were hard to cut and chewy. Too much oil/garlic. We prefer to dip our rolls/bread so we can control how saturated they become VS just wallowing in oil and garlic. At first I was disappointed that we only got 4 rolls and no offer of a refill (heck, even Olive Garden brings 5 rolls and they are unlimited) but in this case 4 was enough. Our dinner salads were ok but the only choices of dressing were balsamic or Caesar. The dine in menu has no salad dressing options listed but the on line menu has several. Never heard of no choices of salad dressing except for those two. No offer to grate fresh cheese on the salad. In fact, I was disappointed to see a jar of what appeared to be Kraft cheese on the table. Very disappointing for what is supposedly a top notch Italian restaurant that wasn't exactly low priced. My wife had the chicken parm. There was certainly a lot of food on her plate. 5 pieces of chicken. She said that the red sauce was too sweet. I had the chicken fantasy with penne. Again, plenty of chicken, 3 pieces, but no penne. Mine had angel hair pasta. Also, no offer of fresh grated cheese, both dishes came pre sprinkled with what appeared to be bland Kraft cheese. My dish was bland, needed salt. I was starving so I decided to eat it anyway. The pasta was over cooked. Again, disappointing for what is supposed to be a top notch Italian restaurant. Our waiter checked in on us and I mentioned that I had received the wrong pasta. He checked his order book to confirm that he had written it down correctly. He had and his only reply was I guess the kitchen got it wrong. I was not looking for a free meal but that was a very lame apology. I would have expected some sort of offer or maybe an interaction with the manager. We had high hopes for Fiamma given all the rave reviews and the fact that our favorite chef, Paolo Nolte, worked there after A Ca Mia closed but it was very disappointing. Hard rolls, no real cheese, order screwed up with out any real apology. I doubt we'll be back and the hunt for a good Italian restaurant continues.

Traveled 45 mins for a lunch date, and food and service were outstanding! It was well worth the drive. Portions are large enough to feed at 2 or 3. Prices were noy outrageous. I will definitely be returning!

I ordered the angel hair Gorgonzola . It was very bland and had no taste at all. I added salt and it still didn’t help. It came with 2 shrimp , 2 scallops , 1 baby lobster tail and was supposed to have crab but I didn’t see any on my plate, all for $37 . I would not get it again for that price . Service was wonderful tho .

Love this place! Food is always delicious, and more than enough to share or have for lunch the next day! Maybe a little too much garlic on the rolls but it’s an easy fix. Drinks are delicious and they change it up often. We visit at least once a month and have never had a bad experience. I recommend anyone looking for a nice enjoyable lunch or dinner to give them a try.

Always a wonderful meal here! The calamari was a delicious start to my meal. Of course, the garlic bread is heavenly and loaded with garlic! I've eaten here a few times and each dish gets better. A definite restaurant when I'm in town!
