Date for service March 28th lunch around 1:40 p.m. front counter service sucked to put it bluntly! Didn't let you know when order was up ( which was not even complete - they did not have the drinks) it seemed like they didn't read their computer slips! Also restroom had no toilet paper and when I let them know they looked at me like I had two heads and never filled it ( I checked before we left) Mind you they were not busy only 5 people in the place the whole time and we were part of the 5 people.

I ordered a family meal I paid 34 buck I barely got mash and gravy I ask the worker she said ooh sorry we only do two scoops the price I paid I expect to get the container filled sorry never will be going to kfc again gather spend it on Chinese food

This kfc is hit or miss with the chicken. Last time, it was bad. Time before that was the best fried chicken I ever had from any chain, the consistency is off balance. The sides last time were not great either.

Pretty disappointed! The food was just alright. the chicken tenders weren't crispy. The biscuit was old. And they did not give us any of the 3 different sauces that went with our meals. I ordered ahead on the app. They gave me my food, but I had to go back and ask for the drinks that should have come with the combos we ordered.

Got to order of a pot pie and famous bowl and ask for gravy on the side they gave me a undercooked pot pie and a bowl with corn and mash potatoes and no chicken...I had to go to work so I came back the next day to get my meal remplaced and the manager (Sydney!!)gave me a nasty attitude about it saying that everything is cooked to temperature and other stuff so I ignore her attitude and grabbed the replacement food I got home and my wife realized the pot pie was so undercooked the dough was raw on the top and had a hair in it also my famous bowl was missing the gravy on the side this time and on my second bite I also found a hair in my food i had to spit it out my wife called to talked to her about the issues and ended up arguing with her because of her unprofessional attitude and disrespect over the phone this issue will be taken to corporate! Be careful people food here is undercooked and dirty with employees nasty hairs in it ..!!

Did drive through. I will say for the money the food has really gone down hill. I have never seen chicken parts so small. They resembled parakeet parts the thighs and drumsticks were so tiny. Also the breading was not at all crispy, but rather soft and not crunchy. Not worth the expense. Won't do
