Why is it that every other Moe's location charges $9 and some change for a chicken bowl yet this location was $12 and some change?! I did not get any extra add-ons. I walk in and the first time I hear is "did you make an online order?" not even a hello or welcome. El Jefe's, Chipotle, and even every other Moe's is cheaper. Never again.

Chicken and Steak Homewrecker Bowls are fantastic! Packed with your choices! This location has better food than the one at Tilghman Street in Allentown PA. Employees are ok here, but they do need to speak up and speak clearly!The Tighman location has absolutely THE WORST staff! They have major attitude there. They act as if they are doing you a favor taking your order, struggle with English and are extremely rude! Food there is subpar. Sticking with Schoenersville location, a definite NEVER AGAIN for Tilghman.

I ordered food on Uber eats. Mo’s forgot to add two orders of the chips and salsa that was suppose to come with the meal and my kids apple juice and cookie in the kids meal. Terrible service they tried to offer me $2.00 back what a joke!

Whoever it was running the counter at 1:20 11/24/2023 was an absolute rude employee I've never been treated that bad in any type of restaurant ever and certainly will not be paying this losers salary ever again. Seriously

Service was offputting and maybe uninentionally a little rude. Food was still pretty good although Easton moes does a better job with portions. If Easton moes is not that much further from you then you are better off going there.

I’m assuming the man behind the register is a manager there, VERY RUDE, unpleasant and disrespectful to customers and staff. You go in there with a smile and you’re met with no greeting, just miserable faces! They take your order and over charge you. Prices aren’t updated on menu board, pay attention to your receipt always! Manager was cussing out his staff while costumers were in the dining area. This location needs a reality check! Customer service is HORRIBLE! Wouldn’t recommend! 0/10. Go elsewhere!!!

Super disappointed. I ordered nachos to go at about 6:45pm. It is now 7:05 and I just threw the meal out. I had a 4 minute drive to my house and maybe 8 minutes from cashing out to eating. The nachos were ice cold. Like not even luke warm. Ice cold. I had black beans, queso, salsa, cheese, olives, and sour cream. I understand that some of those items are cold items. But the queso should not go from hot in the serving line to cold to the touch in less than 10 minutes. The black beans were also cold, not warm, cold. It was all disgusting. I am visiting from out of town so it's even more frustrating. Add to that a large drink cost over $4... it's all ridiculous. Last time I was in town I had an equally disappointing experience here but I had hoped it got better and tried it for a second chance. Nope never again. I ended up throwing the food out so it was all a waste of my money.

Terrible experience there yesterday... Miserable. I enjoy eating at Moe's approximately once a month. However, this time it was a huge disappointment. I order online and pick up 15 minutes later but not this time. I waited for almost 40 minutes for my food while people walking into the store were receiving service.I saw groups of people leave because of the waiting time.I saw the server except money, touch a person's phone and register and never switch gloves before handling food again.It will definitely be a while before I go back there!

I came here yesterday with my colleagues. We witnessed a woman yelling at another colleague and her body language was disgusting trying to teach this new trainee and how frustrated she became. There was a group of 5 of us and more people started to pour in. We witnessed her touching her PHONE WITH GLOVES ON in the MIDST of making other people’s food!!! Very unhygienic and unprofessional! We all walked out!!! No thank you!

Probably the WORST Moes I’ve ever been to, and I’ve worked in MULTIPLE Moes restaurants. I knew it wasn’t going to be great when I didn’t get a Welcome to moes! Lol.The staff is underwhelming. The proteins have been out since opening, completely dried to the walls of the containers. The line looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I asked for here and my stuff got thrown in a to go bag. There is no excuse for this, my guess is poor management. It’s a shame because Moes can be amazing.

Decided to stop by today. 1st. The man behind the counter doesn't seem very friendly or patient. You can see he was getting a little annoyed as I was taking my family's order. That's not all. The food ended up being extremely too spicy. It's too spicy to even enjoy.

The guy behind the counter didn't seem to have the patience to explain what food they were serving and what was what even though I was the only customer there. I am not a regular at this place and didn't know what was back there, sorry guy I won't be back to bother you again.I'm kicking myself for not walking out on this rude person who just didn't time for new customers.Stale , stale chips .
