Honestly, after giving Anna's a ton of chances, I'm ultimately just disappointed at this point. I've always gotten their wraps, super yummy, and when they were $11, worth the price. Now, they are $15 and come with little to no french fries. Just now, I placed an order out of convenience while I'm at work, and after picking up my food I come to find 11 individual french fries in the take-out box. My honest question is, is inflation THAT high that we need to increase the price of this very basic wrap by $4 and almost completely eliminate the side that comes with it? Seeing how much business they get on a daily basis, I'd have to argue probably not.

The large woman with the Jerseyish accent working tonight 3/9/24 was so rude to us door dash people. That is no way to treat people. We are out here trying to pick up orders for people. God only knows how she treats regular customers. A little kindness never hurt anyone! I am telling everyone I know not to order from there!

I would be honest, I visited here based on all the reviews that say the service was not good and they got yelled at. I was feeling adventurous and wanted to see how out of pocket the service would be. I was feeling a little down and just wanted to be distracted. Based on what I read and what my friends who visited before told me, the food is good but the service is weird.I came on a cold windy day and the food. The food was so good. It was warm family Italian food. The creamy steamy hot pasta cured me that day. Just what I needed. The garlic knots were so fresh and garlicky. The satisfaction I was craving for, along with the pizza dough pounding sound from the kitchen, very cozy.I pictured the scene from the Disney movie Luca. The pasta is homemade, warm, and simple. I think this is exactly what pasta should be. Simple but soothing. So glad there’s a restaurant like this around here. A perfect place when you’re feeling down, stressed for the finals, or just hungry for a good pasta. And the service was actually great. Only me and another customer. Quiet and comforting atmosphere.

We have been to Anna's a couple of times since we moved into the area, but tonight's experience wasn't the best. We asked if we could order pizza slices and sit in to enjoy them, the owner said yes reluctantly and then told us that if it was busier we wouldn't be allowed to do that. (There was only 2 tables full the entire time) Then, we sat down and waited for our slices and the owner came over and slapped down a pile of napkins without saying anything. I looked at the top napkin and it was dirty! GROSS. I also picked up the specials menu and put it back (the wrong way I guess) and she reached over the table and moved the specials menu without saying anything. The pizza was good but overall we won't be back because the owner was generally unpleasant and we don't need to be around that, there's a million pizza places in the area so your service and kindness needs to be there. Sorry Anna :(

10/10 would recommend. Wonderful service (Anna made our day), amazing food, and genuine atmosphere. Highly suggest dining in (limited seating) but the menu options were spectacular. My coworker and I were staying in town and stopped in. It’s a small little place that you could easily walk by… DONT! Make sure to go in and experience and Italian flavor of heaven. Thanks Anna!

They will have you waiting forever for there chef boyardee sauce pizza. Don't let there friends full you with 5 star comments this place is low rank. The woman hostess talks to her daughters on the phone and will have you waiting forever to be seated and even longer before your order comes out.

We ordered the sicilian pizza for take out. Overall the pizza was good, but the crust was a little soggy. I may need to ask for extra crispy crust next time.
