The food was very good, but for the very expensive price that we paid, I'd have liked it to be better. The service was impeccable. Atmosphere was great and very relaxing. Do try a lemon drop martini, they are spectacular! Overall, we enjoyed the experience but it was extremely expensive.

I applied for a job. Set up an interview. And the General Manager didn't show for the interview. Wasting my time and money to go all the way downtown. Pay to park. For no interaction. Highly unprofessional. If the kitchen is mis managed the way their interview process is. I would never want to work or eat at.

This is a very attractive fondue restaurant with a great atmosphere. Reservations are required, and the restaurant is located inside a building that houses a state representative's office. Paid parking is available down the street, and it's just a two-minute walk away. The food at this restaurant is always amazing, but be prepared to spend at least two hours for the full experience. I have been coming here for special events like birthdays and Valentine's Day for the past eight years. Though it is a bit expensive, I believe it is worth the time and cost for the experience. Even though the portions may seem small, I always leave feeling stuffed. I highly recommend the Melting Pot!

I had a great time, the only sad part was I wasn't able to get the package I booked as they were out of a lot of things. Still good but not quite what I wanted. No blame tho staff was wonderful

I was there last night and I ordered a martini. It tasted like juice and was much sweeter then I anticipated. I explained that to our server and ordered a glass of cabernet instead. She told me she'd remove my drink and get the wine. Then, Liam poured my wine and asked me where the other drink was so he can remove it. When we got the bill, that martini for $13.95 (that was still full and removed from the table) was on our bill as well as an $18 glass of cabernet. I wouldn't have had such a problem with the charge if the drink wasn't removed. By removing it, led me to assume it was going to be taken off the bill and replaced with the wine. I didn't wanna spoil the night and make a big deal but today I'm still upset about that and the fact that my house cab was $18. I don't want to come off as cheap but I don't think that was fair.

Came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend. Online menu didn’t specify anything about a Valentine’s Day specific menu, but that type of menu isn’t unheard of. Just went from about $60/pp to $90/pp. Ambiance was very nice, intimate. Almost felt like the other couples weren’t there. Our waitress was so nice and fun, hooked us up with something off menu. Food was AMAZING. Exactly what I was expecting. We got 5 courses, but only needed 4. 10/10 would recommend, would definitely come back for big date nights.Dietary restrictions: They ask you upon check in for any dietary restrictions.

My husband and I decided on Melting Pot for our Valentines dinner plans and we are so glad we did! It was our first time ever at a Melting Pot and it was the greatest restaurant experience we have ever had! Our waiter was an absolute delight, giving us recommendations as the night went on and they were all delicious! Everything we had was out of this world. We will absolutely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available
The experience was absolutely delightful from food to the service to the food literally nothing to complain about such an amazing experience 10 out of 10 absolutely worth the drive and money

This should be called the “Waiting Pot.” We were there for 3.5 hours. Reservation at 545 and left at 915. Service was incredibly slow. For the first time in my life, I left the table to go to the bar to get my own water refilled. I finished my water by the time our server returned and he didn’t even notice bc my glass was empty again. Our grill did not cook evenly so that added to the time it took for our dinner. No refills of our dippers— he didn’t come back— just a complete waste of time and money. Also— incredibly HOT temperature at our table. Had to take off my sweater and was still hot in my tshirt. Hence the need for more water. We will not be returning.

Candido deserves a raise. Not only is he a great asset to the company, he is great at customer service. Didn't feel rushed at all...he explained well and was very polite with a smile at all times! This experience was great..left with a fully belly indeed!

It was amazing, we got the marshmallow and peanut one.. I’d recommend getting it with dark chocolate once it’s really sweet.
