I’ve been eating Pad Thai for decades. This is the worst example of Pad Thai that I’ve ever seen or tasted. There was a nasty fish smell in my food, the shrimp was not peeled, and I had to pick it out of my dinner and peel it manually. The portion size was very substandard for an $18 entree. Stomach upset; slightly nauseous; waiting to see what becomes of my stomach.

The food was very disappointing. The calamari was like rubber and had no flavor. I got shrimp drunken noodles and my food has egg shells in it. The noodles were mushy. I also ordered white rice on the side and it was mushy and didn’t even have any salt to season it.

The food was inedible and microwaved. No flavor, no spice at all, tons of sugar. Had a bite of the Larb and Green Curry and spit it out. Paid $40 for a lunch we did not eat. Had to go to another restaurant ? Also, they do not serve hot tea. Incredibly inauthentic.

was scared when the restaurant was not busy during peak hour but was quick to find out why. while food is very good, the service makes you want to just walk out mid meal. lady was annoyed to get a large party when restaurant was empty, rushed us to order when half of us didn’t even get menus. rushed us to finish when, again, restaurant was empty. took food away when we literally were not done. also had the audacity to add herself a 30% tip. truly horrific.

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars, due to the fact of the service being a little leisurely, but other than that, the waitress was kind, attentive; and thorough as far as placing our order and furthermore. The Steamed Dumplings and Bangkok Fried Rice, were absolutely delish; finished my whole plate and all. Thank you for filling both me & my boyfriends stomachs and this is a restaurant I would recommend. :)Vegetarian options: Can’t quite say, but from their menu; it would seem as so that they look to have a pretty good selection and or choices of some vegetarian dishes.

I recently treated myself to Touch Thai restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed their curry puffs – they were exceptionally good. The pad see ew with chicken was also a delight, boasting a deliciously hot flavor. Despite being the only customer dining in, the restaurant had a steady stream of people picking up orders. While the food was excellent, the customer service was a bit lackluster, leaning towards meh. I’d definitely be willing to eat here again.
