It was my first time in Bethlehem and my sister made a reservation there. Everything I had was excellent. I had the Soup Du jour and the Pan Roasted Barramundi. That day it came with excellent Mashed Potatoes. My sister had a salad and the Thai BBQ Salmon. She liked both. The drinks looked good but I was down there visiting my Nephew at his Fraternity House at Lehigh so I didn't have anything else to drink.

Went here for my daughter's wedding dinner with a party of 9. Our waiter was amazing. The food was very good and large portions. It's a beautiful restaurant and highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by this spot. The food was very good and the service was excellent. If I were to be in Bethlehem again, I'd definitely come back.

Food was decent, but the service was terrible. Took forever to order and had to flag someone down after a long wait to even do so.

Love the food the atmosphere the staff is incredible and very professional. Even when the lights went out, they responded with candles and conversation. Keeping the mood going and without panic. It's so amazing that I can't wait to go back.

All around amazing experience at the Twisted Olive. Veronica and Zahir are both amazing and attentive servers that enhance the customer experience. The drinks are great and the food is incredible. The French onion soup dumplings are probably one of the best appetizers we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back soon!

The food’s straightforward and tasty. Even though the food has plenty of fat, nothing felt greasy. I haven’t had anything bad from this place. The decor’s spacious and classy.I just wish they had a vegetable sandwich as the menu’s dominated by meat. Contrary to popular belief, people who love vegetables usually don’t want a salad or a bean burger.

Great food and outstanding service! A gem in Bethlehem. Food was very tasty and octopus was incredibly delicious. Our waitress Arielle was awesome, and explained dishes very well.

First time there for my husband and myself. My son and his girlfriend have eaten there a few times in the past. My husband and my son both had the Filet on the Stone. Both were very satisfied with their dishes. His girlfriend had the Crab Patty with garlic mashed potato, fresh vegtable. She was extremely satisfied. I enjoyed the Lobster Bisque soup followed by the Seafood special Crab Patty, Shrimp, Scallops, asparagus and brown butter. Special dessert brought out to my son with a candle on top for his birthday. Nice surprise!!Excellent food & service, Can't Wait to go back!! Thank you, Maleek (sorry for any miss spellings)

So far, I've only been here for cocktails, but they're some of the best I've had in Bethlehem. Their bar staff clearly takes pride in the craft and will literally make you anything (even if it's a real, time consuming, egg white shaken whiskey sour). It's a nice, upscale, but typical what you would expect from a gastropub-type atmosphere. Their fusion menu looks very interesting, so I'm excited to go back to sample a few dishes. The French onion soup dumplings in particular have my attention.

Long time patron and always have been a fan but our visit tonight was sub par and frustrating across the board. Our waiter is absolutely in the wrong role in a restaurant. He asked if we wanted dessert while walking to the bathroom. We waited 45 minutes for a bill. First time ever we’ve had a fatty filet also. Maybe visit the table once or twice during our meal too.I’m just disgusted that this is where one of my all time favorite places is at. If I want a steak now, I’m going to Oak in Easton.

Had a reservation for 7:45 got seated at 8:15. No one other than the hostesses addressed it or offered apologies. Food and drinks were good. Had the steak on a stone which was a fun and tasty experience. Service was fine nothing exceptional but no complaints.
