Ordered food for the family two out of the three sandwiches we ordered were not right the hot ham and cheese was supposed to have green peppers instead there were mushrooms on it and the cheese steak didn't have any of the normal veggies on it the man taking the order was rushing didn't even read the order back to make sure it was correct just told us the total of the order and was in a hurry to get off the phone for a $100+ food order I'd hope things would be correctParking: Park in front of the restaurant unless you like to play chicken in traffic

I used to like naps, I always order for the Super Bowl (which I totally understand is a big pizza and wings night). But lately when we have ordered service over the phone has been subpar and rude. It took over double the time to get here for delivery and when it did get here the order was wrong. I could not call back because they took the phone off the hook.

I ordered the cheeseburger lunch special. Cheeseburger had half a tomato, a few strands of lettuce and so much mayo I'm not sure that there was even cheese on it! Fries and bun so soggy by the time I got them.Delivery driver called and said he was there and didn't know what he wanted me to do do with it? Deliver it.Instead I had to walk out to his driver door to get my delivery, while at work.I ended up throwing it all away.I used to love Naps...Money NOT well wasted.

I'm not sure why on Trip Advisor it lists as Napoli? This is the best pizza I have eaten in a long time. I recommend this pizza place highly.
I'm not sure why there is a difference in the Name T.A. has it as Napoli. However, the actual name was Naps. That was the best pizza I have had in a long time. We are from DC, and our son attends Bloomsburg University. Coming from DC where there are endless pizzerias, this is a major feat. Please don't change your recipe.

I love this pizza, can be a little greasy but that's how its supposed to be, i know the owner he is a nice guy. i highly recommend this business.

Pizza took 45 minutes to come, and arrived cold. The second pizza was not even ours. Called back they said they would fix it and then the manager called back to tell us we didn't order extra pepperoni, which I'm aware of, but the person who KS employed there is the one who misheard me and I said it was suppose to be extra cheese and pepperoni, the pizza had no extra cheese or pepperoni. Rude customer service, rude manager, first time eating here while visiting family and definitely won't be back. Plenty of other quality pizza shops in the area with a more professional customer service and management. Wings also were not even sauced all the way however they were decent in size.
