No STARS...I dropped by at 820am this morning. How are the pretzels not at least warm. I asked the young lady could have some hot pretzels...she said that's the "Freshest" ones we have???!! What the "H**" does that mean???!!! Ten pretzels later and leaving a $2 tip, i break off one of the pretzels...hardest and cold. I will never be back. It's SAD you need to read reviews before supporting a business. I thought I'd treat my coworkers to a pretzel...I was embarrassed to even take them inside. Everyone said, oh don't go to that one. That's the purpose of the drive through so you can not see the OLD they put in the bags. Good luck with your business...

After meeting the owner and how nice that he is I unfortunately cannot endorse anyone going to this location because of the people who work there. My wife showed up to get 5 pretzels at 12 pm there was a long line and she went back at 2 pm as they were closing the drive thru we asked if they were closing snd the gentlemen said no. We’ve been asked if she would still be able to get five pretzels. He said very politely yes 5 is no problem. And she went in and got in line, only to be told if she did not have an order in there are none for sale. Twice blown off after saying they would have pretzels for sale. And before someone may comment, super bowl day or not, if you are not capable of taking walk ins even for 5 pretzels. Put up a sign that you are only catering to online orders and such.This is not the only negative experience that we have had at this location, but it will be our last.

Great service. Ordered tray on Tuesday for Super Bowl Sunday. Place was mobbed when we got there to pick up on Sunday but our tray was ready and waiting. Very efficient service.

Real nice duo of guys working august 13th. I didn’t catch their names but when I went in there at 12P, they were killing it and working hard with the drive thru and service desk. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. My first experience with this place and I’d definitely come back!

This place ALWAYS does an awesome job ? pretzels are always fresh and hot and the staff are always friendly and helpful! They even offered me a free warm pretzel while I waited, great place!!
The pretzels were served hot and fresh !!! It has a drive thru !!!

I've ordered quite a few party trays from this location in the past few years but felt like I had to write a review about my most recent visit..I placed an order for 100 pretzels to pick up on Halloween..I stopped in at 3pm and was told they just went into the oven..I waited inside for them since I had my one year old with me..I was making conversation with the employee (I think his name was Will?) and realized he was the only one working that day..In the 20min I was there, he was handling my order, prepping other orders, taking care of drive-thru orders plus a few customers after me, and taking phone orders..Once he finished with my order, he asked if I wanted to pull my car up out front so he could bring everything out and put them in the trunk for me..I definitely appreciated that considering it had just started raining, I had to carry my kid to the car, and get her in the car seat..Thank you so much for going above and beyond.. I appreciate it!..

Do not get the groupon, the store will say they have no idea what groupon does and will not use your voucher. They gave me a discount in store- however between what was paid via groupon and store it was regular price. Pretzels were subpar.
