I am giving this facility the benefit of the doubt since I have eaten here before, and received better food, and service!!!!!The visit was on Thanksgiving day and they were SLAMMED!!!!!! HOWEVER, by the time we were served, the crowd made up of predominantly take-out customers had thinned.The service was poor, the server forgot several things that were included with the meals, didn't check back to refill the beverages, or anything else. I ordered the Premium Holiday meal for 10. Baring the delay of 25 min during pickup for a scheduled time, the food was fabulous. Turkey was moist and flavorful. Sides were excellent. Pies and pumpkin bread stood out. I would definitely do this again. So easy to pickup box. Heat up and enjoy time with family.

After eating for 15 minutes and not being seated we walked out. This has happened before at this restaurant we will not go there again people came in after us and they weren't even greeted. Very bad customer service.
