Did an online order and waited 15 minutes til app said it was ready.Went into the store and got attitude from the girl at the register when I asked if this is always the process to not get food made until coming in and she told me she was too busy yet only one person in store and when I walked in she was leaning not doing anything, horrible customer service!
Staff is rude. I've been there a few times and recently used the coupon. The staff badgered my son when he went in to pick up the order yelling at him telling him that they don't accept coupons. If he would have told me this when it happened instead of the day after I would have went back in and said something to the staff. Whoever owns this place needs to step up. The whole thing about Subway you see your sandwich made right in front of you they have shields now blocking so you can't see your sandwich then the lady started telling me she was out of things I couldn't even tell if she was telling me the truth or she didn't feel like opening up a new package whole thing came off awkward so I just left
