This place is clean, I don't know why ppl say it is dirty, and it is CLEAN, it even has that new building smell too. The service was busy, which is the point of having tons of ppl coming to the place. The kiosks were very handy with how busy the ppl get with do many orders coming in and dealing with the drive thru too which is understandable, it how you keep the place running, and also standing. The food is really good and I loved the Steak grilled cheese burrito, if they miss something in the order, then they will fix it. This is closer to my house and it is better than the robinson one.

Pre ordered online , prepaid 1 hour in advance . Food was not even ready they had to search for the order, and make it . Waited 18 minutes in the drive thru . Very slow service

Usually they’re pretty good, just be prepared to wait if you do the drive thru. Sometimes takes upwards of 10 minutes

I’ll never come here again. Came to sit down and eat. Every surface in this place is covered in food and drinks. When we got here not one person was in the drive thru and no one inside. When was the last time anyone cleaned these tables ? The bathroom smells like a sewer literally. I can’t believe I’ve even eaten from here. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Not a good experience. Ordered online and they forgot something I ordered, luckily I checked the bag before leaving. When we got home, none of our taco supremes had sour cream or the extras that I paid for. The crunch wrap supremes were built awfully, fell apart taking it out of the wrap and again missing the extras that I added and paid for. Won’t be going back to this one. Everyone inside seemed miserable too, as soon as my fiancé walked in the first thing they asked her was “Is there something wrong with your order?”, before she even mentioned we had an online order. Guess that was foreshadowing because yes there was. Terrible!

Terrible! Service at the drive thru was so slow 10 minutes with 1 car in front of us And the tacos when asked if sour cream is on them he added a side and charged me for it too! I swear this us the worst taco bell ever!

This location has always had terrible service, it's a reflection of Charter Foods. The Bridgeville, PA location is now closed!

Very poor service. I stood next to the door waiting for nearly an hour to be seated, and even though the place was empty, no one came. I then walk to the counter to get my order taken by a rude and churlish employee, who said things "we're closed" and "it's 2am how did you get in" and "why are you dragging a mangled corpse" I'm not the biggest fan of my personal choices being questioned, so naturally, I dragged him across the counter and added him to my collection. Never going back here, partially due to the fact that I have been on house arrest for the past 2 months.

I waited over 20 minutes for a standard 2 combo meal order. Sit-down restaurants are faster than this! The cashier seemed to be the only one working the drive thru and the front-of-house cash register. During the time I was there, this same employee mentioned, at least five times, that a manager was not present. He also commented that he was going to immediately take a smoke break when the manager arrived. When I got my meal, the Crunchwrap Supreme and soft tacos were mostly tortilla shells and lettuce, with very very little meat. Such a waste of my time and money.

Only reason they're getting two stars is because the guy working the drive thru was nice. However he didn't give a receipt. Ordered a beef quesarito and they didn't put any beef on it. Also order two shredded chicken burritos, only one had any chicken on it.
