Our dinner at Fraschetta was EXCELLENT! The waiter was new and learning the ropes. He was charming and attentive. He had help from another waitress and the owner. I particularly like the fact that I was able to substitute the side for a vegetable. That is very rare these days and I appreciated that immensely. We also received a complimentary dessert. I don't know why but that was very kind. If it was because the waiter was learning, I know that we didn't mind that he was a newbie. Every new waiter should be as conscientious. Thanks for a wonderful meal. We will be back soon!

Our experience at Fraschetta was really great. We came at an early time when it was quiet. The service and food were exceptional. The server was perfectly nice and accommodating. We have been there several times and will continue to go there.

The food at Fraschetta is consistently excellent. Our waitress was great - attentive without being intrusive and the atmosphere is friendly. One of my favorite places to meet friends!
I got the steak on Valentine's day from the prefixed menu, and it might have been the worst steak i've ever tasted. I'm not exaggerating. My girlfriend had the raviolis, which tasted good and the crab deep fried balls were very good. I never write reviews the steak was just so bad I had to.

I see why you need reservations in advance. The place was packed. Service and food was outstanding. Bring your best bottle of wine to go with this traditional Italian Food. I look forward to a return visit.
Great
Food was absolutely delicious! We shared the arugula salad and the gnocchi appetizer. We each also ordered the pasta with burrata and eggplant. All food was to die for!! Unfortunately, we ate downstairs by the front door, thinking it might be quieter. Was still loud and with lots of people coming in, had to deal with the cold. I'd recommend eating in another section, because the food is so good.

I love this spot but last night, the food wasn't its usual best. I had pasta and my friend had the pasta special - meh. But I'll be back as I want this place to survive!!!! Great service and gelato!

Hostess insisted that we sit upstairs even though one of the diners has a very bad knee. Hostess said we should have said that we wanted downstairs, but there was no way to indicate. Lady was rude, and made another patron who had trouble walking go upstairs . Service was incredibly slow and waiter often brought wrong plates. Noise was rock concert level. Food just ok. Not worth it.

I saw all the 5-star reviews and read through many of them. Fraschetta was very nice. It's a great local BYOB but I think diners are too quick to rate a lot of places 4 or 5 stars. Our group had a really fun time. The staff was welcoming, the service was good, the price was fair, and the food ranged from pretty good to very good. It's a solid 3.5-star restaurant - which is good. I have nothing negative to say about Fraschetta. We had a great time. Just don't expect a 5-star experience.

2 Gluten Free patrons who were able to handle their food restrictions easily. There were lots of options. The waitress took the time to go through the menu and let us know what were options that could not be made gluten free. My only issue was the fellow who was cleared the table when we were still eating. I would go again. The food was excellent.
small intimate Italian spot with delicious food and amazing staffs, everything was delicious! Some of my favorites were the polpo, gnocchi, frittelle, pappardele ai funghi, paghetti al Granchio. Honestly you could not go wrong with anything on the menu. Staffs were attentive and super friendly. Food came out quick and did I mention it's also BYOB?! perfect for a romantic date night or if you're just craving Italian in general.

We love this restaurant! My husband and I had pasta and our friend said the lamb shank was the best she ever had l! One server and his helper worked both floors like pros, efficiently and graciously. This was a wonderful beginning to our holiday season.

We were early for our res (about 25 min due to the movie time next door) and the hostess was flustered by that even though I said I was just checking in. The restaurant is very small and homey. Bread was offered which was 2 thin slices drizzled with olive oil -um, ok. Menu is very small, prices are pretty in line but a little high. The fish special was cooked nicely but nothing special. The osso buco was delicious. We shared a “cobbler” dessert which was not really cobbler. I think one time was sufficient here.

By far one of the best hidden gems in Bryn Mawr. The wild boar papardelle may be the best dish around town. Service is great and they move you in and out with such ease so you can get to the movies or home.
