It's good! The pork and egg in my house ramen were great. The broth was very flavorful and savory. Perfect complement to the meat. The ramen itself was lacking. Tasted like instant ramen tbh. Overall worth it- best ramen outside of Philly for sure.
I ordered take out from Hajimaru Ramen a few days ago, and there is zero doubt in my mind that I found my new go to, local ramen spot. I got the Hajimaru Signature Ramen which came disassemble but still looked absolutely beautiful. Once I added the broth and got to eating and sipping, it was pure bliss. The Chasu was tender and falling apart - full of flavor. The marinated egg had the yolk still soft like it's supposed to be and tasted out of this world. Still not open for sit down but take out was on point. Miso broth was rice and flavorful, pork belly was cooked to perfection. Cannot wait for the inside to open back up and enjoy a hot steaming bowl of Miso Ramen!!
