No matter whether you request spicy, or mild, rest assured it will always be the same- on the fiery side. And fiery spice aside, the Indian spices were (this time even more than usual) dumped in by the bottle. Never fresh spices. We've also had problem with saag gosht dishes. Sometimes very little lamb in dish, but when present, very dry and huge individual pieces (but sometimes only 2 or 3). Not right. Naan was plump and damp inside- undercooked! I am judging service and atmosphere relative to low expectation- but there is no excuse for carelessness of food prep- you're not a McD's!

We love Tiffin in Bryn Mawr. We have eaten here for years and the food has always been consistent and wonderful. We especially love the curries, appetizers and naan. The chili chicken is probably my favorite which I sometimes crave. But we also like trying new things on the menu because everything is always flavorful and fresh. Service is always quick and friendly. There is also real value, and we like the BYOB option. The atmosphere is cozy and casual. We have brought friends, family and work colleagues here and they all have enjoyed it.
